Champion kit #27, ninja Diver
Hello you people, I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people.
Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.
I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Here we go (leave a comment and take a look at my older posts!):
- Kotarō Fūma (names are merely for inpiration and representation)
- Diver core traits: reliable mobility, reliable upfront damage, reliable durability, moderate sustain
Passive: Every Kotarō uses an ability he grants himself 5% damage reduction and deals 5% increased damage, stacking up to 3 times. The 4th ability cast will grant Kotarō a shield instead, protecting him for a percentage of his Maximum Health, restoring Energy and resetting the counter. The bonuses and the shield last for up to 3 seconds.
The shield can only form once every a few seconds, but Kotarō continues to stack the bonuses, causing the shield to pop up whenever possible.
-Shield value: 10/13/16% of Kotarō's Maximum Health -The shield doesn't form again within: 10/8/6 seconds -Energy restoration: 60/80/100
Values at levels 1/8/15.
1st Skill: Kotarō streches his bracelets and then retract them back, dealing damage and briefly** interrupting** enemies hit when it goes out. The retraction briefly pulls enemies towards Kotarō.
Additionally, if Kotarō hits at least one enemy champion or large monster, his next 2 basic attacks deal additional damage and restore Health in equal value, besides restoring 30 Energy each.
-Damage: 60/100/140/180/220 (+ 60% AD) as Physical Damage -Additional damage (per hit): 20/25/30/35/40 (+ 30% AD) as Physical Damage -CD: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds
2nd Skill: Kotarō jumps for 0.75 second and then moves in the chosen direction by rolling in the air. Kotarō stops at the first enemy he hits, dealing damage, briefly pushing back and slowing it and other enemies near the collision point.
-Damage: 80/125/170/215/260 (+ 100% AP) as Magic Damage -Slow: 30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds -CD: 20/18.5/17/15.5/14 seconds
3rd Skill: Kotarō opens his arms, extends his bracelets and then spins while they're flaccid, dealing damage to nearby enemies. Hitting an enemy reduces the Cooldown of Kotarō's other abilities by 1 second or by 1 second per each enemy champion hit.
Has no cast time, therefore doesn't interrupt other actions.
-Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 50% AD) as Physical Damage -CD: 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 seconds
Ultimate: Kotarō becomes invisible and receives bonus Movement Speed while stealthed. His next basic attack will deal additional damage and stun his target. Can be cast again 2 additional times, each recast within 5 seconds after the last one.
These effects are strengthened with each reactivation and doesn't stack with themselves.

-CD between casts: 1.5 seconds -CD: 120/110/100 seconds (begins after effects end)
