Champion kit #12, a Marksman

Hello you people, I'm FúrinKazan and, although a level 10 account, I'm actually close to 400 in the BR server. I recently tried to reach out to Riot about my projects for League of Legends, but unfortunately they only deal with graduated people.
Anyway, the projects I made for the game have no use anymore so I decided to publish them all. They are champion kits, counting up to 120 with unique abilities, defined classes, gameplay and numbers for those who like. The idea is to publish one champion per day until April. I also have some champion updades and they might show up sometimes.
I see a lot of good and creative kit concepts and reworks everywhere on the internet. However, if its gameplay is not coherent, it's not a champion. If numbers are not right, it won't work. Riot abandons a lot of cool fantasies because they end up failing at executon, so I bring you the abilities instead, for people to imagine a theme as they want. Here we go (leave a comment and take a look at my older posts!):
- Tadaoki Hosokawa (names are merely for inspiration and representation)
- Marksman core traits: high DPS, high scaling, ranged, no durability
Passive: Tadaoki carries a chain which one of the ends is tied to a solid iron sphere, being able to hit enemies within a distance. Upon targeting an enemy champion under effect of crowd control, Tadaoki dashes up to 400 units towards his position (cannot get him closer than his basic attack range) and grants additional Attack Speed to his next 3 basic attacks within 4 seconds.
Additionally, attacks also deal 100% AD as Physical Damage to surrounding enemies. Cannot happen again within 9 seconds, but basic attacks reduce this timer by 1.
-Additional Attack Speed: 20/35/50/65/80% at levels 1/5/9/13/17
1st Skill: Tadaoki strikes the center of the targeted area with the sphere, dealing damage and slowing enemies hit for 1 second. After 1 second, the area implodes, dealing damage again.
If Tadaoki targets an enemy close to the area of impact, its preparation time is drastically reduced.
-Initial damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 70% Bonus AD) as Physical Damage -Final damage: 40/55/70/85/100 (+ 40% Bonus AD) as Physical Damage -Slow: 40/45/50/55/60% -CD: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 seconds
2nd Skill: Tadaoki's next basic attack within a few seconds deals additional damage (can critically strike). If succesful, Tadaoki spins the chain for up to 2.5 seconds, causing the sphere to hit all enemies in a line in front of himself and dealing damage every 0.25 second (each tick may critically strike, increasing its damage by 50%). Hitting only one enemy increases damage by 30%.
The cast of other abilities ends the effect (except for the Passive's dash) and Tadaoki is unable to basic attack while spinning. Furthermore, during the effect, receives 20% additional Movement Speed and can be interrupted. Once cast, the ability's direction cannot be changed.
-Additional damage: 20/30/40/50/60 (+ 10% AD) as Physical Damage -Damage (over 2.5 seconds): 80/110/140/170/200 (+ 320/345/370/395/420% AD) as Physical Damage -CD: 14/12.5/11/9.5/8 seconds (begins on hit or after 3 seconds)
3rd Skill: Tadaoki spins his body during 1 second, the chain extended and the sphere at its end. The first enemy champion or large monster hit after the initial 0.25 second takes damage based on his current Health and his Armor and Magic Resistance are reduced for 3 seconds.
The ability can be quickly recast for Tadaoki to launch the sphere towards it is facing, colliding with the first enemy champion or large monster it hits. Tadaoki can move while spinning.
-Damage: 14/16/18/20/22% of enemy's current Health Physical Damage -Resistances reduction: 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% -CD: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds
Ultimate: Tadaoki launches his weapon in the form of a bola towards the targeted direction, median-sized range. It stops at the first enemy champion hit, sticking to it, dealing damage and rooting for a few seconds. Nearby enemy champions also take damage but the **crowd control **duration is reduced by half.
If the Passive is ready, casting this ability automatically activates its effects and projects Tadaoki up to 400 units towards the same direction (cannot get him closer than his basic attack range to enemy champions).
