Out of all of the students that studied at Piltover's renowned College of Progress, none have ever been more promising than Prika. Not only is she a quick learner and favorite of
, her S.M.A.R.T. technology is a currently breaking ground across the city. Her technology is so advance that Heimerdinger has recommended her to join the League of Legends. Now she steps onto the fields of justice, hoping to make her teacher proud.
Summary The base concept of this champion is one that truly captures the mindset of a sniper. Prika doesn't just attack her target head-on, she studies it first. She finds a weak point, and then exploits it. Her overall dps is off the charts. I was thinking of not giving her any defensive abilities so that she can be balanced, but I realized that she needs some crowd control in order for her kit to work.

Abilities
Passive: S.M.A.R.T. Rifle Prika's Scoped Multi Ammunition Revolving Technology Rifle comes equipped with two types of ammo. If she needs to switch ammo, than she will spend 1 second to switch ammunition before she attacks a scanned target or after she attacks a target that isn't scanned. Ballistic Ammo: Deals physical damage. Used if target has less Armor than Magic Resist. Hex Ammo: Deals magic damage. Used if target has less Magic Resist than Armor.
Q: Armor Pierce/Stone Break Cost: 40/45/50/55/60 mana CD: 8 seconds Range: 600 Armor Pierce If using Ballistic Ammo, than Prika fires a special shot that pierces through enemies. The shot deals 80/120/160/200/240 (+80% AD) physical damage, reducing it by 20% every time it pierces an enemy. All enemies hit will have their Armor reduced by 20% for 5 seconds. Stone Breaker If using Hex Ammo, than Prika fires a special shot that explodes on contact (blast range: 300). The shot deals 60/90/120/150/180 (+65% AD) magic damage to all enemies caught in the blast. All enemies hit will have their Magic Resist reduced by 20% for 5 seconds.
W: Cram Session Cost: 80 mana CD: 12 seconds Range: Self Prika buckles down and speeds up her game, increasing her AS by 30/35/40/45/50% and her Crit Chance by 10/15/20/25/30% for 1 seconds. Damaging a scanned enemy will increase the duration by 0.5 seconds. The CD is reset whenever an enemy champion becomes scanned.
E: Flash Bang Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 mana CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Range: 450 AoE: 300 Prika tosses a grenade at target location, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+50% AP) physical damage and 40/60/80/100/120 (+50% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area of effect, as well as stunning them for 1.5 seconds.
R: C.A.M.S Cost: 50 mana CD: 1/2/3 charges, 30 second recharge Range: 300 Passive: Enemy champions seen by Prika and/or a C.A.M.S. for 5/4/3 consecutive seconds will become scanned for 30 seconds or until their defensive stats change. Scanned enemies will take 20% increased physical if their Armor is lower than their Magic Resist, or 20% increased magic damage if their Magic Resist is lower than their Armor. Active: Prika places a Combat Analyzing Monitoring System, or C.A.M.S, on target wall. The C.A.M.S will swivel back and forth, revealing a 45 degree cone area with a maximum reveal range of 600/800/1000 and a minimum reveal range of 150. Each C.A.M.S has True Sight, 2 health points, last for 10/15/20 (+1% AP) seconds, and can't hide in brush.
