New item idea?

Adc's are pretty weak right now, so i had the idea about a new item to help adc's not be so weak and low mobility. I haven't thought of a name yet so your welcome to leave a name suggestion.

The Item base stats would be 30% crit, 10% lifesteal, and 20% attack speed, unique passive- Every time a range champion with this item crits they get a burst of movement speed that diminishes over 1.5 seconds.

This item would be intended to help adcs be able to sustain against tanks and divers, while being able to kite more linear champions. If you have any ideas about how to help out adc's in 2017 then leave a comment [slayer-jinx-catface]
