Krell is a large insect-like monster with Origins in the Kumungu. Imagine he would look like this http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net/finalfantasy/images/2/20/Fortress_-_Insect_monster.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20090821002509 (Image from Final Fantasy series as standard insect monster)

Abilities

Hidden Passive (method of movement) - Krell would move different from any other champion, since most have human like movements with fast, free rotations. Instead, Krell will move in sections, which for gameplay will be comprised of multiple hitboxes all connected to Krell. However, spells and basic attacks can only damage one of the hitboxes at a time. While moving, the head of Krell is what’s controlled, while the pieces behind will trail, similar to when dragging a chain. Because of this, Krell is the only champion that cannot do an instant 180 degree turn, but would need slightly more time to curve his head.

Passive: Mounting Crawl - Krell can climb over any small ledge or wall when commanded to move across it, but will be slowed by 30 70% while crawling and can not cancel the command or stop part way through. At the end of the crawl Krell gets a boost of 25% movement speed for 1 second. Any hard crowd control during the command will force Krell to the original spot.

Q: Acid Shell (Idea One) - Krell coats her fangs and body with a volatile acid for the next 5 seconds, causing her basic attacks and damaging abilities to deal 30/50/70/90/110 (+ 0.4 AP) bonus magic damage to enemies and applying Acid for 3 seconds. Enemies with Acid are dealt 4/8/12/16/20 (+ 0.05 AP) magic damage each second and are slowed by 20%. Acid's slow can stack up to 3 times and at 3 stacks, the target is stunned for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 seconds. Targets can not be stunned again for 6 seconds. Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana

Q: Venom coat (Idea Two) - Krell coats her fangs and body with venom for the next 5 seconds, causing her basic attacks and damaging abilities to inflict enemies with Kumungu Venom. Kumungu Venom lowers damage dealt by 3/6/9/12/15% and will execute non-super or cannon minions and small monsters below (1.20 AD). Kumungu Venom also slows enemies by 20% which can stack with consecutive application, which at 3 stacks will stun the target for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.4 seconds. Targets can not be stunned again for 6 seconds. Cooldown and mana cost same as idea one

W: Exoskeleton Armor (passive) - Killing a unit will consume them, granting 1/1/2/2/3 stacks of Exoskeletal armor . Kills and assists on enemy champions double the bonus armor granted. This bonus armor is shown as Exoskeletal Armor. Exoskeletal armor grants 0.5 0.33 bonus armor per stack. (active) - Shoot off shreds of exoskeletal armor in a surrounding area around Krell dealing 10/25/40/55/70 (+ 0.25 AR) magic damage to enemies hit. Recasting this ability within 4 seconds will increase the damage by 50% each time, up to 200% bonus damage. This ability can be cast during basic attacks without cancelling them. Cooldown: 3/2.75/2.5/2.25/2 seconds Cost: 2 stacks of Exoskeletal Armor. Range: 350 radius around Krell

E: Shed Skin - Remove all debuffs and increase movement speed by 25/30/35/40/45% for 3 seconds. Cooldown: 18 seconds Mana Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana

R: Burrowing Terror (Idea One) - Go underground and, after a short delay, appear at a specific location on the map. Upon arrival Krell lets out a large screech which fears all nearby enemies for 1.5 seconds and deals 175/250/325 (+ 0.6 AP) magic damage. Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds Mana Cost: 100 mana Delay: 1.5 seconds Range (of dash): 1200/1600/2000 Range (of fear):350

R: Call the Young (Idea Two) - Give off a powerful screech which calls to Krell's young, making 3/4/5 smaller versions of Krell appear at a target location. Each young has 1/4th of Krell's total health and AD, but go into a frenzy and have double her attack speed and 50% bonus movement speed for 3 seconds after arrival. The rest of the youngs' stats are half of Krell's. All young will apply Kumungu Venom throughout their duration or until they die. They can not be controlled, and will target the nearest champions in sight indefinitely. If no champions are present, they will prioritize targets in this order: Epic Monsters, Large Monsters, minions and small monsters. If no enemies are present, they will follow Krell. Young will return after 15 seconds.

Stats

HP: Average HP/5: High MP: Low MP/5: Low AD: Low early, medium late AS: Average AR: Low MR: Standard Melee MS: 345 Range: 200

Edit 1: Some values adjusted for Passive and W as suggested by Vanic998, and added some clarity in wording. Edit 2: Put up a secondary idea for Q and R.

You did well with sticking to the theme of the champion especially with the e.

Passive: pretty unique but I think the slow needs to be way higher. Like 70% slow so it's ok if you're alone but if you're foolish enough to do it in front of enemy, you deserve to get caught. I like the movement speed boost afterwards. I can see this champion giving a good surprising ganks with it. This passive would make it a great jungler.

Q: This ability is not unique at all. It's basically a more op version of fizz's q except the DOT scales with AP instead of %max health and the DOT can stack to deal more damage and stun at 3 stacks. You need to to balance this out and make it more unique.

W: it's unique since it would be the only champion ( I think) that can farm armour. Just lower the armour per stack just for balance because if you farm 100 minions, that would be 50 armour at w rank 1 and 150 armour with w at max rank. You won't need to buy any armour because of how much free ad or you can get from this ability. You need to specify what the area is too. From what I'm reading, it looks like it's a circular AOE.

E: Perfect. Do not change it. It fits the theme very well.

R: It's not unique at all. It's basically a stronger version of reksai's ult. it needs to be completely re done to make it more distinguished.

I have a strong feeling that this champion would be a great jungler. I can see it being good at engaging thanks to the passive and e and all the movement speed boost from it. I think it needs more crowd control because I only see one from the ult and maybe a 2nd one from the Q. The Q and ult need to be re done to make them more distinguished and balanced. W armour per stack needs to be balanced.

I saw this exact same concept a few months ago.
