[Skin Concept] Forecast Yasuo

OK, Yasuo isn't the most popular champion to the community. On the other hand, Riot can't make enough money off him and they continue to keep him as he is without changing him. Uhm, before this becomes a Gameplay boards post I should get to the skin concept.

#Forecast Yasuo 1350-1820 RP ** Appearance:** As a character, he just appears like normal Yasuo, poofy hair and all. His attire is where it matters. Windman would be wearing a black suit, black pants, a white undershirt, and a blue tie. Chromas could change this outfit to have different coloured suits and ties. His sword is now replaced with a long, black umbrella (maybe even with cloud or tornado patterns on it). Since he's now using an umbrella instead of a sword, he wouldn't have his sheath anymore and the umbrella would instead just sit at his belt. His flask is now just a water bottle or thermos, can't be showing up drunk to his job.

Recall: Wind would blow around Yasuo as a storm cloud forms over his head. He'd pull out his umbrella and block the rain from the cloud. Near the end of the recall the wind turns into a full tornado and blows him and his umbrella away and back to the fountain.

Abilities: Passive: The shield would be a clear light-blue with a suns around it in a ring. Q: Yasuo would stab with his umbrella (of course). On the empowered (tornado) Q, Yasuo's umbrella would open up when he stabs it out (doesn't slash with the umbrella) as he shoots out a hurricane. W: Assuming Rito doesn't want to change or rework this ability, it would be a holographic screen instead of wind. The screen would show the 7-day forecast for the week (Guess what, it's windy all week). E: Clouds would appear at Yasuo's feet when he starts the dash, other than that nothing much changes. R: Storms and rain would surround Yasuo while he slashes at his target(s). At the end, the rain drops down with him and reveals a rainbow above where he ulted. His umbrella would be surrounded by a hurricane for the duration of the buff.
