Why is 
soley AP Scaling?
I would like to see her as a adaptive champ with both AD and AP scaling. Even better, when in Lady form she should have higher AP numbers and when she switches over to Cougar her dominate trait should be AD.

No she just needs reverted back to being a lane champ
Hybrid builds are nice but adaptive builds never work. You can never build enough AP/AD in her kit to make it worth it unless she had ridiculous utility on all her spells as well as damage to compensate for the lack of scaling
