Why isn't Yasuo's wind wall more of a skill shot?

It halts super powerful skill shots in their tracks, and I justs wide enough to protect your whole team. It makes more sense for it to be a Yasuo maybe 2 Yasuo's wide. Then you can still protect yourself (as Yasuo) but you have to be good with it, and you can't just block a while teams worth of incoming projectiles.

I know...That's the problem...He can protect his whole team from a while teams worth of skill shots.

Yes, that's the point. Yasuo has a very powerful team utility ability to make up for a significant lack in personal utility for a champ in his class. Compared to champs like Fiora, Master Yi, and Tryndamere, his personal utility really isn't that great.

But he is a damage champ, not a utility one. I can understand being able to keep himself alive, but his kit is based around damage and out plays. Not support.

And how often do you see a Yasuo throwing out the wall to block something that wasn't going to hit him?

I have yet to.

Because only Yasuo is allowed to outplay you, not the other way around. Riot calls this counterplay. Yeah, they're retarded, but what can you do.

I think the better question is "why does Yasuo have wind wall at all?"

Between the tornadoes, the dashing, the shields, the crits, the lifesteal, the penetration, does he really need it to kill most champions? It's a very strong ability for having zero cost.

Trundle, my main, has a bad winrate. Guess he's a bad champ as well.

I'd be fine if wind wall reset his flow bar back to 0 along with his tornado.

How can anything have a negative win rate? That champ would have to lose all the games it was played in, and then some! And as champs don't get credit for a win/loss of a game that they were not in, a negative win rate is impossible.

negative win rate = below 50% win rate, you're taking it too literally.

I'd be happier if it didn't come out from the center of his model.

Which means he can block point blank skillshots.

And block shots by throwing the windwall at a complete opposite angle.
