My favorite champion should be on the rework chopping block

Personally, I believe that should be on the chopping block for a rework. (I know he is there, but he is very low priority).

Although, he isn't that bad right now, and i am aware that there are other champions that need reworks before him, but that doesn't change my thoughts about how I believe he should be higher up the list.

With some of his splash arts changing (for when they made them the same across servers), they are still outdated.

Visually in game, nocturne lacks in both his character model and his abilities (for some skins). Nothing about him is enticing (have you seen his dance?? No, no one cares about his dance because it sucks). Other than eturnum nocturne dance (that should be his basic dance). He has very few quotes and they aren't all that great. he also doesn't have a recall animation.

However, his kit is unique and fun.

I've made a few concepts about nocturne reworks (I'm really passionate about nocturne).

Pros:

• He is an assassin, that can one shot
• His ultimate is unique (removes vision for enemies, and you dash to them from a distance)
• His Q (+movement speed, +AD, +ghosted)
• W is a spellshield (those are always useful)
• E is a form of cc, i guess (explained in cons)

Cons:

• He is SUPER SQUISHY, or doesnt deal enough damage
• has no solid form of cc due to his e being a tether
• His ultimate is of a somewhat short range for the newer seasons
• His ultimate doesnt make him invulnerable or untargetable during flight. (he can get crowd controlled with the effects after he lands)
• He needs vision to ult onto a target (limiting its range)
• W is lack luster for an assassin
• HE LACKS SUSTAIN (other than passive, which is nearly irrelevant. (nearly not quite yet))
• He lacks an escape like an assassin would have (EX: fizz, zed, leblanc, ekko, wukong (~Fighter))
• He is a cross breed of Assassin and fighter, so he scales with items (dmg like an assassin with low base dmg and is squishy) but half his kit qould be more useful for a fighter.
• he has no disengage, he is purely DIVE (not tanky enought tho when people are grouped)
• bad in teamfights
• relies heavily on snowballing and catching people making mistakes

Possible changes,

Passive: The more AD and AS he has the more lifesteal he gets (scaling) (Ideology is similar to jhin passive i guess).

Q: could give him the ability to ignore terrain collision (only where terrain is active +1 sec delay from stepping off it)

W: 1 sec spellshield that block ALL abilities during this time (not just one), instead of gaining a static effect for blocking an ability he gains bonuses according to how many spells he blocked with it.

E: Should be a longer tether or just completely reworked. (there isnt a point to give an assassin an ability where he has to stay within a little more than melee range of a champion) No other assassin does this (leblanc has 4 dmg spells noc only has 3, and her tether range is quite large, and in addition to this she has escapes)

Could be a form of AOE CC like Warwick or instant single target like fiddle (Nocturne is a nightmare)

R: (longer range) Get a bonus for killing the target within a limited amount of time, or make it refresh on kills or assist (like darius, and maybe as a nerf reduce the range each time it is refreshed, so upon a refresh the range at which you can ult is shorter. )

VERY IMPORTANT: As an eternal nightmare and his ult called paranoia it should reveal anyone below 20/30/40% HP to himself only (only visible on your minimap not ur teammates and obviously you'd still need to be in range to ult them.)

Lore: With the new varus Lore and with noc far below on the chopping block for updates, I could really imagine a lore where nocturne is a Darkin which has been completely consumed by his blades (the darkin).

This would bring a 4th Darkin out of 5 and further down the line a new champ could be the 5th however, Nocturne has quite a limited lore since no one knows where he is from or who he originated from since he is apparently someone's nightmare come to life.

Anyway those are my thoughts
