Silicya (ADC/JG) Champion Concept Creation

So I thought of this at 2 am, over the weekend, and it might not be all that good. But I do personally think, although not perfect or close to it, that it is a pretty cool concept.

I wanted to create a champion similar to graves but brought a new dynamic to the game. I dont know if i accomplished that but that's partially the reason why I am posting it here.

Concept Lore: Silicya is a Zaunite? Zaunian? (anyway) character, friends with jinx, ekko and vi, enemies with caitlynn, volibear, graves and vi (any riot/police champs). Orphaned since birth, she grew up in Zaun. After Ekko's incident she left Zaun and roamed the streets of Piltover. Without a home, or food, she would steal and sell everything she could find. Over time, she stole a few hextech items that she, deemed worthy to keep and used them to help her steal more valuables. Evading the police and Caitlynn, with the help of C, Silicya is a jack of all trades but master of none.

Personallity: Similar to jinx and Zoe in the sense that she is perky and fun/funny. However dark like jinx and jhin. She likes to have fun and makes killing fun for her.

Passive:

Silicya uses a Hextech gun that she stole from a lab. She has 6 shots before she needs to reload for 2.5 secs. Silicya cannot critically strike and her basic attacks deal 110%/120%/130%/140% AD at levels 1/6/11/16.

In addtition, Critical strike chance grants her over the cap cooldown reduction on her abilities. 20% critical strike chance grants her 2% cdr, at 50% crit chance she gains 5% cdr instead. At 70% crit chance she gets 7% cdr, and at 100% crit chance she gets 10% cdr. This affects all her abilties except for her passive.

I can shoot dynamite, right?

Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Mana cost: 45/50/55/60/65

Silicya loads and explosive round in her gun. The primary target takes regular dmg, but from said target an AOE explosion deals dmg to 50-75% AD based on level to any enemies surrounding the primary target. These secondary targets also get a minor knock back away from the explosive round (the primary target). (knock back would last maybe 0.25 secs or 0.5 secs) The explosion shot deals no dmg to the primary target and also deals 150% damage to monsters. (maybe minions too, again i kind of wanted a jgler).

Ew! It's sticky!

Cooldown: 19/17/15/13/11 Mana Cost: 50/60/70/80/90

Silicya throws a sticky trap on the ground. (mid range ability, she can throw pretty well when she is grossed out.) This can trap enemy champions and monsters. (it does not get charges, meaning she can only hold one) Any enemy or monster that steps on the trap gets snared for 1.5 secs (that might be too long. suggestions down below plz) and their Armor and Magic resist is reduced for 3 seconds. (if trap snares for 1 sec instead, armor and magic resist would last 2 seconds). If the target dies while snared the cooldown of this ability is refunded.

>> notes: not sure if this should deal dmg, or if i should add a different affect. I.E: snares for 1 sec and reduced resistances for 2 but if the target dies on the trap the cd is refunded and the next trap will have its effects duration x1.5 (snare would be 1.5 sec and resistances reduced 3 sec) can stack once above the original 1.5/3 would be the highest. IDK these r just thoughts (you could stack it once in the jg than gank?

Cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13 Mana cost: 70 mana at all ranks

Silicya hates being confronted, and prefers running away from her problems. Using a pair of stolen boots (probably some form of hextech boots) she leaps backwards (opposite of cursor) (3/4 of flash distance, maybe 1/2). The boots creates a short blast in front of her in order to push her backwards. This blast deals damage to any nearby enemy (needs to be VERY close) and knocks them back a small distance from her (0.5 sec knock back) and slowed for 15/20/25/30/35%. The leap can be used to get over small/medium walls. (this affects minions and monsters too).

Cooldown: 120/110/100 Mana Cost: 100/90/80

With her newest stolen Item she upgrades her stolen gun. passive: she gains invisibility for 1 second 0.5 secs after starting her reload. Active: She gains double attack range, 10% increase to her passive AD basic attack bonus, 20% slow and cannot be critically striked upon.

(probably remove the cannot be critically striked upon, it was 2 am but im leaving it there for now.)

NOTES

Her base range is similar to graves (maybe ever so slightly longer) Her build should be something like this; Jungle: Warrior, duskblade, trinity, statikk shyv, Infinity Edge or essence reaver, boots of choice. ADC: Essence reaver, rapid fire canon, statikk or phantom dancer, Infinity edge, duskblade or deaths dance, boots of choice.

Nothing here is that great, It was 2 am so i didnt bother making any of the abilities have base dmg and scaling depending on level, i just made it according to her ad. (probably a bad thing). She could have an ap scaling on her boots instead. (i would laugh if this were to become real and people build rageblade on her or gunblade.)

Leave comments below!! glad to hear anything. Obviously im not at all an expert so cd on abilities might be too low/high and mana costs could vary.

Keep in mind that with Runes and items she can reach a 55% cdr cap. So although all her max level abilities are near 10secs it means she can get them down to 5ish seconds each. and her ult on a 40 second cooldown (might be op, i forgot there is also ultimate hat now in the runes.... and transcendence... damn... just thought of that now..)

yep her cds will have to change. having an ultimate possibly reach 70% cdr is too much... if its only on a 80 sec cd. that would make the ult on a 24 second cooldown... (for those who cant math.)

The ultimate resembles twitch’s ultimate. A champion I made has a similar passive: McGraw.
