LORE While the world has been visited by monsters from the Void, many dare not think of what other dimensions exist beyond their own. The Void has proved that peering into other dimensions can only bring death and destruction upon those that dare to look. However, Runeterra is not the first dimension the Void had conquered. Long, long ago, before our dimension even existed, a dimension where steel and metal spread and corrupted the world it touched came under attack by the malefic powers of the Void. While the dimension put up a noble fight, in the end it was consumed entirely by the ravenous Void that knew only how to evolve and devour. However, this was not before the dimension itself, being incredibly advanced and having progressed to a level of technology far beyond what Runeterra could ever hope to obtain, created the first prototype for something that could combat even the creatures of the Void. This machine would have been called The Defender of Home. However, since the dimension it would have defended was devoured before it could be activated and copies of it produced, a more accurate name to call it would be The Homeless. After floating through the Void for centuries, a sudden wave of energy activated The Homeless, causing it to begin wandering the Void. It had only one purpose: destroy everything not native to it's own dimension. This, of course, meant everything it could see for miles upon miles needed to be destroyed in it's eyes. Using a needle in it's arm, it began to inject trillions of microscopic, metal probes into the ground where it awakened, causing the Void itself to be corrupted into metal. In mere minutes, The Homeless proved that, if mass produced, it could have defended it's home dimension. Everything that came in contact with it was obliterated. What it couldn't handle alone was swarmed by miniature clones of itself born from the metal probes swarming through the ground underfoot. If it wasn't for the sudden interference of a certain prophet, it seemed like The Homeless would eventually defeat the Void, albeit over many, many, many eons. Suddenly, Malzahar, a prophet from Shurima who had been corrupted by the Void in order to allow it to invade Runeterra, performed a ritual that unintentionally flung The Homeless into Runeterra. Not expecting such a strange being to appear from a portal to the Void, Malzahar approached The Homeless, seemingly curious as to what it could be. In mere seconds, The Homeless had it's hand around Malzahar's throat and began to choke the prophet, seeing him as something not of it's own world. In fact, once again, everything around it was foreign to it. Everything must be destroyed or assimilated to become "normal". Malzahar attempted to peer into the being's mind, only to learn that this was not something of flesh. It was not a living organism so to speak. This was a machine that was not of this world or the Void. As The Homeless' grip around Malzahar's throat tightened, it seemed as if death was approaching when a creature from the portal The Homeless arrived through dove out and tackled it. Malzahar was free from the being's grasp as it was sent flying into the desert outside the structure Malzahar was in. As quickly as he could, the Prophet of the Void fled the scene, seeking answers from other creatures from the Void as to what this being was and why it had attacked him. Meanwhile, The Homeless found itself in hand to hand combat with a Xer'sai creature. While the creature had the element of surprise against The Homeless, it did not matter. Within a few minutes, the fight was over. The Homeless scanned the area around it, seeing nothing but particles to be corrupted into the metal from it's home dimension. Doing as it had once done in the Void, The Homeless sent trillions of microscopic, metal probes into the desert beneath it. While the probes were able to corrupt this foreign material, it did not seem to be able to do so at nearly the same speed as it once had in the Void. This world was not like the Void and The Homeless did not understand it. Many questions that could not possibly answered appeared within it's database. Where exactly was it and how did it end up here? These questions vanished after mere minutes. It mattered not. This was not it's home dimension, and therefore must be obliterated and assimilated. Within a few hours, the probes had been able to corrupt enough of the sand for it to be comparable to something that a drop of water would make in the sand. From this tiny spot, a form took shape and materialized into Runeterra. The Homeless did not wish to begin destroying this world without reinforcements. The first of many clones was birthed from this tiny spot in the sand. In time, more would be spawned. After many days of sitting in the desert sun, The Homeless finally had a moderate army of tiny little clones to help him journey through this world and destroy it as he went. Seeing as the inorganic was not so easily corrupted, The Homeless found that the easiest first step within this strange new dimension was to destroy the organic first. All living beings must be assimilated or killed. Wandering out of the Shurima, The Homeless began it's journey to eliminate all life in this dimension, one creature at a time.
A Dire Warning from a Dire Being
Malazhar spoke with fear and worry that Vel'Koz had not heard from the prophet since his arrival in Runeterra. The prophet warned Vel'Koz of something that was not of the Void that had come out from it. At first, Vel'Koz thought nothing of the matter. Of course something not of the Void could appear out of the Void. Vel'Koz's kind had spent eons devouring other dimensions. This was not knowledge that surprised Vel'Koz. However, once Malzahar began to describe the being, Vel'Koz began to share in the prophet's fear. He could not be talking about the creature that had made an entire section of the Void alien to even the Void could he? Unfortunately, he was.
"Foolish prophet. Do you know what you have unleashed upon this world? This is no longer merely a struggle between us and the fleshlings of this realm. The arrival of that... thing has completely transformed this war. This is now a three-way battle. It won't be long before that thing has amassed an army of it's own."
"Surely there is nothing that can stand up to the power of the Void itself. We will simply avoid it until the plan is complete correct?"
"Foolish prophet! You humans are all so simple minded! That thing is not like you weak fleshlings. What you have unleashed has survived within the Void for a reason. It was made to kill my kind and, seeing as how weak and naive you creatures are, it will easily annihilate your filthy kind as well! Before, the Void was a wonderful place of darkness. However, in recent centuries, it has gained a new purpose. While I continue my pursuit of knowledge and my more simple and devolved relatives simply wish to find their next meal, we as a whole have been searching for something. What is that something? Something that can allow us to destroy that thing! And you have just unleashed it into this world! Hear me Malzahar when I say you have brought death upon us all. If we don't find something soon to destroy that thing in this world, know this. I'll make to eat you very, very, very slowly. You'll feel every bit of pain as I do so, you naive child. Now, hurry, time is not on our side. We must hurry before it is too late for us all. I can't learn anything from this world if everything in it is destroyed and that thing has me in it's grasp."

Instead of using gold or purchasing items, The Homeless gathers data that it can use at nearby allied structures, whether it a Tower, Inhibitor, Nexus, or Fountain, to purchase consumable summons to swarm this world with. The only item that The Homelss can purchase from the shop are Trinket items. Whenever The Homeless would normally gain or lose gold, it instead gains or loses an equivalent amount of data. The Homeless begins the game with 500 data. The following is a list of the summons it can create.

After researching the terrain for 45 seconds, the terrain will be researched and the Material Researcher will return to The Homeless' inventory and provide it with 60 (+15 per level) data. The same section of impassable terrain cannot be researched again for another 300-150 seconds (based on level). Multiple Material Researchers will not research the same section of terrain. If the enemy is an enemy champion, they will be silenced for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 second(s) and slowed by 15/20/25/30/35% for 3 seconds. If the enemy is an enemy minion, they will be marked for 6 seconds. If they are killed during this time, Needle Strike will resurrect the minion as a metallic clone of itself with 30/35/40/45/50% normal maximum health that fights for The Homeless' team. If the enemy is a neutral monster, they will be blinded for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds and slowed by 20/30/40/50/60% for 4.5 seconds. Cool Down: 15/13.75/12.5/11.25/10 seconds Range: 300

It's basic attack range is also increased by 150 units as it's hands are replaced with long blades. Toggle On: The Homeless generates a barrier around itself that causes all physical and magic damage it takes to be reduced by 10/15/20/25/30% and causing it to gain 15/20/25/30/35 Tenacity and Slow Resistance. Cool Down: 3 seconds
Ability 3- Annihilate the Organic Active: After a brief delay, The Homeless dives at the target enemy unit, stopping at the first enemy unit it collides with along the way. The first enemy unit it collides with will take 75/130/185/240/295 (+100% bonus AD) physical damage, be briefly knocked into the air for 0.75 seconds, and have it's armor reduced by 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% for 3/3.75/4.5/5.25/6 seconds. If The Homeless successfully dives onto the enemy it targeted with this ability, Metal Soldiers and Metal Brawlers will deal 20% increased damage to the enemy and gain 35% increased movement speed when moving towards the enemy for the next 3/3.75/4.5/5.25/6 seconds. Ultimate- Metallic Terramorphing Passive: The Homeless gains an additional 5/10/15% increased maximum health, armor, magic resist, and attack damage as well as 30/45/60 bonus flat movement speed. Active: The Homeless injects the ground below him with trillions of microscopic, metal probes after channeling for 2 seconds. After a 3 second delay, the land around where The Homeless injected these probes will become metallic, causing The Homeless to gain an additional 20/30/40 bonus flat movement speed while on this terrain. The metal summons created by The Homeless will also take 15/20/25% reduced damage and gain 15/25/35% increased movement speed while on this terrain. While on this terrain, The Homeless will also gain information about this world from the Probes below, causing him to generate an additional 3/5/7 Data each second and causing Metal Researchers within this terrain to generate 20/35/50% increased Data. There is no limit to the number of patches of metallic that can exist on the map and they last permanently. Casting this ability while already on a patch of metallic terrain will instead cause The Homeless to dash in the target direction, dealing 150/225/300 physical damage to enemy units it passes through and knocking them into the air for 0.75 seconds. All Metal Soldiers following The Homeless will also dash in the targeted direction. This can dash over terrain, but only if the section of impassable terrain that The Homeless is dashing over is metallic. The cool down of this ability is reduced by 80/82.5/85% when used this way. Cool Down: 90/75/60 seconds Metallic Terrain AoE Radius: 1000/1250/1500 Dash Range: 525 Dash Width: 300
The Homeless is a concept I have always wanted to make a reality, which is something from a dimension other than the Void or Runeterra. It's a cool "what if" scenario that I thought would be cool. In game, it also makes a cool "structure based" champion that benefits from keeping allied structures alive by allowing it to build an army from them once he gets enough data. It's kit is pretty simple and basic, but what it can do with the items that are available to it is what makes it interesting. Proper management of your metal army and your abilities are what separates a bad The Homeless from a good The Homeless. Thank you for reading and feedback is appreciated, as long as it is constructive!

- Active: The Homeless' next basic attack within 7 seconds will inject millions of microscopic, metallic probes into the target unit, causing them to take 35/50/65/80/95 magic damage each second for the next 3 seconds. If the unit affected is below 30% maximum health, they are also slowed by 20/25/30/35/40% for the duration and take 15% increased damage from the effect. If an enemy minion is killed with this effect, a metal clone of the same kind of minion is created at the killed minion's location of death except it only has 30/35/40/45/50% of the killed minion's normal health and only provides a static 2 gold for being killed. It will act exactly like a normal minion would and push down the nearest lane for The Homeless' team. Cool Down: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds

During the channel, The Homeless may reactivate this ability to throw the enemy in the target direction, dealing 6/8/10% of their current health as physical damage once they land. If they collide with a wall, they will stop and take an additional 6/8/10% of their missing health as physical damage as well. Overall goal here is an overall power increase to The Homeless as well as making his ultimate a more fitting piece of his kit. His ultimate is now a little mini-game he can play where he can, if the game allows him, cover the entire map in a nice metallic paint that will boost him and his summons as well as boosting his data gathering rate and overall boosting his mobility and damage. His new Q should also feel like a more interesting and powerful ability to use, allowing you to use it in different ways besides just executing minions to create an army.
