Her Q would be like... paper plates with birthday cake on them, her w would cause it to explode, her e would be a burst of confetti, and every time she uses it she would yell "Surprise!", and her ult could be really similar to Fidd's considering they're both AoE DoT, and maybe, just maybe, we could finally use her other joke quote! "Killing is my duty... Fun is yelling SURPRISE!"
