Kon, the Noxian Spy
_Kon is born from Noxus and was raised within the palace as the child of the greatest royal guard of the land. At a young age he received a pistol for his 13th birthday and was taught on how to use it, learned to use it well indeed. _
Kon wanted to both explore the world and still be loyal to his country, so he learned to become a spy. This was actually perfect for him as he might have thought like a typical Noxian, but he sure as hell did not act like one, he actually acted like a royal Demacian. The king of Noxus realized the potential he has and not much time is left as the boy is now 16, still young enough to be considered a boy and not old enough to be quite a man just yet, so the boy got a mission.
_Kon left the kingdom to go to Demacia, acting like a orphan to get the Demacian suckers to take him in and welcome him with welcoming arms. The thing is, Kon needed to try to get into the balance, and what better way to do that than with a "heroic act" which was entirely planned and very convincing... Once Kon got the townsfolk to grow comfortable around him, after months going by, the king hired a group of bandits to raid the village he was in, brilliant scheme. So Kon took out his machine pistol that he was given just before leaving Noxus and without hesitation he killed... every... single... Noxian bandit without a moment of hesitation while making sure not a single Demacian was harmed. _
The next day, Kon was taken to the throne room of the Demacian palace to receive a hero's medal and offered a room to stay in within the palace's walls. Kon is now deep inside his enemies' stronghold and gain access to anywhere within the palace confines, including the military briefing room, to get reads on what is going on and then report back with letters to a specific random location so that none is the wiser of what is happening.
Kon is a marksman with a machine pistol, where he can stored up to 6 shots and then fire them all within a single moment or just attack normally with weak attacks when he does not store up the shots. He stores one shot at the rate of his attack speed, one at a time, whenever he does not attack obviously.
Bullets fires one after the other from the same basic attack all following each other, like a burst fire weapon, they do not shotgun out or anything like that for a satisfying attack.
Attack Range: 500 units Movement: 340 units per second Attack Speed: 0.750 +2% per level Base Attack Damage: 25 - 40 based on level (Only factors in for AD ratios)
Fire Away (Passive): Kon stores a Bullet at the same rate of his attack speed, up to a maximum of 6 Bullets stored at a time. His basic attacks will fire all stored Bullets at the same time. Attacks have modified effects:
~ Bonus attack damage is doubled. ~ Can only deal damage from Bullets. ~ Bullets deal 25 - 40 (+20%AD)(+20%AP) physical damage on hit. ~ Applies on hit effects on every Bullet. ~ Cannot critically strike. ~ Life steal is converted into omni-vamp instead. ~ Bullets deal 250% damage against minions.

Aim and Fire (Q): Cooldown: 0.5 second; Cost: 1 Bullet; Range: 925 units Kon fires a Bullet in the target direction, stopping at the first enemy struck and dealing somewhere between 50/55/60/65/70% to 150/175/200/225/250% damage based on how centralized the attack was to the struck enemy's hitbox, the closer to the middle the greater the damage. This Bullet modifies all damage that it deals.
(Bullets fired from Aim and Fire can damage structures.)
Lighting It Up (W): Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Cost: 6 Bullets; Range: 550 units Passive: Bullets mark the last enemy struck for 1.5 seconds.
Active: Kon shoots at up to 6 targets around him or all focusing on one target, equally splitting up Bullets to nearby enemies or all focusing on the marked target. Each Bullet fired deals 10/20/30/40/50(+15%AD)(+15%AP) bonus physical damage.
Sneaking In (E): Cooldown: 24/21/18/15/12 seconds; Cost: None; Range: Global / 1000 units Kon targets an enemy champion and puts on an identical disguise for the next 4 seconds, gaining 40/45/50/55/60% bonus movement speed and applying darkness to nearby enemy champions for 2 seconds upon the initial cast.
Only the enemy champion that Kon disguised as can harm him, the other enemy champions treat Kon as an allied champion while the disguise persists.
(Attacking or casting abilities breaks Kon's disguise instantly.)
Golden Bullet (R): Cooldown: 140/100/60 seconds; Cost: None; Range: Global Kon fires the ultimate golden bullet in the target direction, dealing up to 200/275/350(+140%AD)(+140%AP) true damage to the first enemy champion struck based on its missing health.
If Kon executes a target with Golden Bullet then he can fire another one within the next 5 seconds, this process can continually repeat.

(In other words, I am treating attack damage as an ability power ratio and doubling bonus attack damage to reach similar values.)
Lighting It Up: Damage increased to 10/20/30/40/50(+15%AD)(+15%AP) from 10/15/20/25/30(+15%AP) Deals bonus physical damage from bonus magic damage Passive added that causes Bullets to make the last enemy struck for 1.5 seconds Active now has an additional effect where the Bullets will lock on to the marked enemy instead of spreading equally to nearby targets, only way this is possible is by landing Aim and Fire on your target since attacks consume all your Bullets and Aim and Fire only fires one Bullet at a time
Sneaking In: Reworked. No longer grants invisibility or having a passive. Range is global where you select an enemy champion to disguise as Range on cast is 1,000 units where it applies darkness (near sight) to nearby enemy champions so they do not see the disguise process The disguise breaks instantly on Kon's attacks and ability casts, gaining 40/45/50/55/60% bonus movement speed while disguised and only the copied enemy champion can harm Kon while the disguise holds, the other enemy champions treat Kon as an allied champion.
Golden Bullet: Damage changed to up to 200/275/350(+140%AD)(+140%AP) true damage based on the target's missing health from 150/225/300(+120%AD)(+120%AP) true damage regardless of the target's health. Execution removed (execution reward is still in play).
