Chlo'Flo, the Bringer of Life and Death

Chlo'Flo is a two in one and one in two, one half is male and the other half is female, one half from the void and the other of the spring of life. Chlo'Flo is two flowers from the same stem, though looks more like a two-headed fox, they can freely split apart from each other, but only for a short time and cannot go very far away. Chlo is the bright orange half, she brings life and healing to those around her, but she strives for blood. Flo is the dark purple half, he brings suffering and death to those around him, but he strives for peace.

Chlo'Flo are opposites to each other and themselves, but also are the same. Their goals are conflicting, but also the same. They know and do not know what they do and why they do it at the same time.


Chlo'Flo is a support-assassin, the most conflicting mix-up of roles you can get, but they do not kill directly and rather set up their team to focus on killing who they want dead. Also Chlo'Flo looks like a two-headed fox and two normal foxes when split apart, they are still a plant and flower, but of course with very vivid colours.

Chlo (bright orange) is the one which you play as, Flo (dark purple) is the one that goes off for the abilities; only relevant when Chlo'Flo separates.


Basic Attack Range: 600 / 300 units Movement: 330 / 495 units per second Flo's Movement Speed: 750 units per second + 150% of bonus movement speed.


Two-in-One; One-in-Two (Passive): When Chlo'Flo splits into two:

~ Chlo halves her attack range to increase her base movement speed by 165 units per second.

~ Flo deals 10 - 80 (+20%AP) magic damage to champions and marks them for 4 seconds that he passes through, all champion basic attacks deal 5 - 40 (+10%AP) bonus magic damage against marked enemies.

Chlo'Flo cannot cast abilities while separated.


Dead Life (Q): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana; Range: 1000 / 450 units Flo runs in the target direction before returning to Chlo, dealing 70/95/120/145/170(+30%AP) magic damage to enemies he passes through, every enemy champion Flo damages causes Chlo to heal nearby allies and herself for 30/40/50/60/70(+40%AP) health.


Move Away to Reunite (W): Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds; Cost: 60 mana; Range: 750 / 400 units Flo runs in a large semi-circle to the right before returning to Chlo, Chlo matches Flo's movement speed during this time if she runs to the left along a semi-circle, when they come together while Flo is returning to Chlo then they stun nearby enemies for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.

If Chlo and Flo can complete a combined near-perfect circle when they come together then the stun duration is extended by an additional 1 second.


Avoid and Get Hit (E): Cooldown: 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 seconds; Cost: 90 mana; Range: 500 units (1000 units wall) Chlo swiftly dashes to the left and Flo swiftly dashes to the right, creating a barrier between them that prevents all enemy movement, dashes, jumps, and projectiles.

Ally projectiles that pass through this barrier deal 5/5.5/6/6.5/7%(+1% per 100AP) target missing health as bonus magic damage and move 30/35/40/45/50% faster.


Weaken to Strengthen (R): Cooldown: 150/125/100 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: 750 / 1250 units 1st Cast: Flo clings on to the target enemy champion, slowing it down by 99% for 2.5 seconds, this duration cannot be reduced by tenacity.

2nd Cast: Chlo clings on to the target ally champion, speeding it up by 100%(+20% per 100AP) for 2 seconds and granting it 40/80/120(+40%AP) bonus magic damage to its spells and attacks against the target Flo is clinging on to. Chlo shields the target for 200/275/350(+100%AP) shield for 2 seconds, if this shield breaks then Chlo let's go of the ally champion early.

3rd Cast: Flo returns to Chlo, slightly pulling the target with him and causing the next basic attack against the target to deal 7/8.5/10%(+2% per 100AP) of its missing health as bonus true damage. This automatically occurs after 2.5 seconds.
