There is not a single nunu skin with custom particles. Wouldn't it make sense to have the most expensive one give his abiltiies new particles? There are only 2 abilities really that you have to re texture, like seriously come on rito. 
It's a really old skin. If you compare it with the other skins released around the same time it was a fair price. Not to mention the laugh and the series it was based around. Unless any future rework for him steps his quality up to other 1850 rp skins, he should just have his price reduced a little some time in the future to make way for the new, flashier skins with all of the custom particles and such.
