Perasmo, the Portal Mage Role: Mage/Support


Passive: Dimensional Magic Perasmo's abilities cause targets to slowly fade into another dimension. When a target is hit 3 consecutive times, they slip into another dimension, silencing them, slowing them, and causing them to take additional damage from all sources for 2 seconds.

Slow: 10%/25%/45% Additional Damage: 10%/20%/30%

Perasma can store up to 2 charges of this ability. Any blast that hits a target deals 50% less damage than the previous blast.

NOTE: Utilizes a click and drag function, like Viktor's laser.

Cooldown/Recharge Rate: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Mana Cost: 60 mana Magic Damage: 50/80/120/190/250 (+ 50% of total AP)

If more than 1 portal is active, then duplicates of the projectiles will be created.

Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds Mana Cost: 80 mana

Cooldown: 20 seconds Stun Duration: 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds Magic Damage: 80/130/180/230/280 (+80% of total AP)

Cooldown: 100/80/60 seconds Magic Damage: 25/50/100 every .5 seconds (+20% of total AP) Total Magic Damage: 150/300/600 magic damage

I like the concept of the Q and W, but they seem a little too inconsistant (Yasuos windwall is already quite inconsistant, making a champions damage output RELY on enemies shooting through it is not too great, especially as they can just choose not to do it. It would probably be way better to reduce its effect but drastically lower its cooldown.

The passive E and R just flat out don't fit the kit. They're basically just random abilities mashed with a portal theme. Theme isn't enough to make a character. The passive especially, since the damage of this character is extremely inconsistant and it can thus feel very frustrating to try and use a passsive like that properly. I'd suggest adding something that actually interacts with the portal theme.

Oh yeah and the ultimate is absolute horrible in terms of raw power, unless it has the hitbox and range of Vegetas final flash.

Remember that while this may seem harsh, i'm just saying this so you can try to improve the character.
