Nah, not necessarily. Rarely, they change the voice-over (a little, with the one exception of Pentakill Karthus, where a very surprising amount of VO was changed) without it being a Legendary. You know, like Mecha Kha'Zix, or, uh...Oh, Reindeer Kog'Maw. Sorta.

Whatever, point is, not necessarily. Changing the voice-over doesn't mean instant Legendary, even if you process it.

New lines necessitate it being a Legendary. 1350 RP skins usually have a filter, yes. What was suggested was a new line entirely, which would be looked at and said, "Well, if we're adding just one new line, why not add more?"

Don't argue for the sake of arguing, I won't participate. New lines do not necessitate it being a legendary. Non-legendaries with new lines already exist that I already mentioned. There is no discussion possible on that one, it's already a fact. Changing literally one word from "shadows" to "future" doesn't count as requiring a Legendary, nor would it necessarily require a phone-in from the original VA for one single new sentence. No, they don't have to add more. Mecha Kha'Zix proves that by existing.

skt zed skin doesnt count as an acctual skin since any champion can get it cause it depends on what champion were played when the team won :P

Look at the last set of skins, they didn't play some of them. So you really don't know much. They aren't always the champions that WIN the final game that get the skins, some of them are just chosen by the player that wins. Faker played Riven in most games actually.

He's right. It isn't who's played last, it's the player that chooses the champion. Every team has a artist (at least I think so) and they create art with the champions that the players choose and if they win, then the skins are created and put into the game, they would most likely their favorite champion they like to play. Lord Faker liked Zed at the time so, it was a SKT T1 Zed skin for Faker Senpai. And yes SKT T1 Zed counts as a real skin.

Actually, the player gets a say, but Riot gets the final word. Faker wanted Ahriman, but Zed was more iconic for him. The opposite happened to PawN. Jayce was by far his most noticeable champion at the event, but he wanted Talon, and Talon was granted. It can go either way, really.

Here is where I paused it u can see the Z the E and a D that is made with 2 letters over each other. The U and the lower case a makes it look like a D

Lol its a fart of a buff. .5 sec to go back to shadow instead of a full second. Zed has a pretty fair winrate. 45%-54% (least experienced to most experienced) is not a bad winrate to have for a high skill champ.
