It has been hours, not even a full day, since the patch. How can you even judge win rate shifts accurately with less than a day's data?
Riot's not going to levy out massive changes before the pre-season Marksman changes. The last 3-5 patches of a season are a dry spell of extremely minor changes, followed by a massive load of changes in the first few patches of the pre-season. This is how it works every fucking year, people.

Well to be fair,with her pickrate,vayne get's in a day more picks than plenty of champions get in a week.

Mind you I'm not sure where this data is from,from what I remember sites have a few days delay before showing statistics.

You can just work from straight %'s.

Vayne has a 35.44% pick rate, there's an average of 30.4167 days per month, meaning Vayne's picks/day in the scale of months is 1.17%. This means any champ with bellow that pick rate has less picks per month than Vayne does per day.

IMO it's too many. the fact that one champ is allowed to have 30x the pick rate of 7 others and receives at best a slap on the wrist is utterly discussing. Same goes for Thresh honestly, he hasn't even got a slap on the wrist yet.

Well tbh for those champions they themselves are mostly the issue: Zilean,yorick,urgot,poppy,galio are 5 of those 7,the others being karthus and singed.

Her pickrate is still a problem,but they aim to put a lot of work into adcs in the preseason,so that's kind of understandable,no excuse for thresh though,it's disgusting that they just let him take such a huge dump on variety.

Problem is, she's been a problem for more than 4 months or somethig like that, enough patches came and went and no real changes were made for Vayne, even if you are waiting for massive changes on preseason, there is no reason to leave her at her top tier state (53 % win rate is too high for a "high skill floor/cap" champ, see LeeSin Thresh )

It has a psychological impact. They told us in a patch that they nerfed Vlad's W, but didn't change anything in the code and his win rate dropped. No matter how minor, telling the players that the champion has been nerfed reduces their and their team mates expectations which causes everyone on the team to play slightly worse than before.

this nerf was almost as harsh as the zed Auto attack speed nerf he got a while back. like sheesh i thought rito had favorites, but after this butchering i'll never look at them the same way again.

I can point u a champion tha people complain for him about his very high basic damage, olaf. Now think about vayne, olafs w just helps his kit u dont w8 to deal damage with that, like vayne's e, vaynes w deal more damage than olaf's e because u deal 300 true damage + ur auto-attack damage =480 damage (do the maths with lw), Olaf r gives him 80 damage vayne's r gives her 70 damage near the same damage as olaf, but vayne as adc multiply this damage much better than olaf because she built all dps multipliers when olaf cant do that, vaynes q has low cooldown while give her a aa reset 2, so the dps of this skill is not low as people think, like olaf's q, Vaynes damage is the op part, her kit is k, after marksmen rework vayne will remain op because her kit has to much damage, vayne scales like meele champion, but she has range
