i don't get the point of dq above diamond, none care about playing with their friends there. they were supposed to help low elo playing ranked by letting them playing with their friends, diamonds have nothing to do with this story
easy solution: remove dq from diamond and above, and give us back ranked 5v5+solo Q. that's the least of what they can do if they don't want to bring it back for every elo

I guess you will have to do the same thing the pros are doing: switch to custom games and build your own, custom ladder.
Its called Custom match. Scrim 5v5. In the Gold tournament we had none of us did ranked. We did custom 5s vs another team
Scrim like all other high level gaming teams do.
