So, most of the Jurassic Skins are for Void Champs (Jurassic Cho, Jurassic Kog, etc.), and I think a nice 750 tier skin for that line would be Vel'koz

He'd be an empty skull for his head, and his tentacles would be segmented Vertebrate. I think it'd be kinda creepy/scary to see an empty skull shooting destructive pink lasers.

PLEASE Riot that would be the coolest skin, but in my opinion his abilities should be lime green or blood red.
