Doran's Xiphos

Hi there, thanks for sharing a little bit of your time to check out this thread :)

I've noticed ever since the removal of mana potions, when laning against either an ap champion or resourcless champion.. that mana issues become a thing.. you may tell me to conserve my mana.. but yet they continue to spam with no downside.. I don't think that's right and so I propose this item. Doran's Xiphos!

Doran's Xiphos(name is changeable ofcourse) Cost: 450(same as Doran's Blade) HP:50 Mana-regen : +50% base AD: 5 Passive:Restores 3 mana upon killing a unit

Ofcourse the numbers are all subject to change, but give me your honest feed back please(without being a jerk if at all possible) Thanks again! :)
