Hi there, thanks for sharing a little bit of your time to check out this thread :)

I've noticed ever since the removal of mana potions, when laning against either an ap champion or resourcless champion.. that mana issues become a thing.. you may tell me to conserve my mana.. but yet they continue to spam with no downside.. I don't think that's right and so I propose this item. Doran's Xiphos!

Doran's Xiphos(name is changeable ofcourse) Cost: 450(same as Doran's Blade) HP:50 Mana-regen : +50% base AD: 5 Passive:Restores 3 mana upon killing a unit

Ofcourse the numbers are all subject to change, but give me your honest feed back please(without being a jerk if at all possible) Thanks again! :)

I suggest that it doesn't give bonus health at all and instead gives bonus mana. The reasoning behind this is to push it towards being a high benefit, but riskier item for mana hungry champions.

But once again you're getting shafted for having resources, why should it have to be riskier when you already have to manage resources as opposed to something like a katarina who can start into her first item without consequence?
