What Nautilus Could Have Been

This isn't a post saying Nautilus needs changes, but you guys have those ideas sometimes too where you think "What if this champion did this instead?" I just wanted to put my Nautilus idea here about what he could have been.

This idea is more of what would happen if they had decided to go down a much more dark, gloomy, and fear feel for his kit.

NAUTILUS

Passive- Darkness of the Depths Innate: Upon casting a spell while out of combat, all enemy units and neutral monsters within 800/1025/1250 units of Nautilus have their vision radius decreased by 50% until they are more than 850/1075/1300 units away from Nautilus. While an enemy is affected by this, Nautilus' sets his gaze forward, causing enemy units affected by Darkness of the Depths in a cone in front of Nautilus to gain a stack of Terror every 0.5 seconds. At 5/4/3 stacks, the target affected will be feared for 1/1.25/1.5 seconds. While affected by Darkness of the Depths, Nautilus' voice will occasionally echo through the targets head. Levels: 1/7/13

Ability 1- Depth Charge Active: Nautilus sends a torrent of water at the target enemy, dealing 35/65/95/125/155 (+30% AP) magic damage to enemies hit along the way and slowing them by 25% for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 second(s). When the torrent reaches the targeted enemy, they will be blasted, dealing 70/115/160/205/250 (+60% AP) magic damage and stunning the enemy hit for 0.5/0.75/1/1.25/1.5 second(s). The torrent travels slowly and has it's speed decreased by 10% for every enemy unit hit along the way, down to 30% it's normal speed. Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana Cool Down: 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 sec. Range: 700 Projectile Speed: 350 Minimum Projectile Speed: 105

Ability 2- Ominous Presence Passive: Enemy units within 250/375/500/625/750 units of Nautilus will passively take 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2% (+0.25% per 100 AP) of their current health per second (max. of 100 per second against minions and monsters) as magic damage due to his looming presence causing fear and then insanity in the minds of nearby enemies. Active: Nautilus increases the range of Darkness of the Depths by 30/40/50/60/70% and causes all enemy units affected to take 160/170/180/190/200% (+10% per 100 AP) damage from Ominous Presence for 4/4.5/5/5.5/6 seconds. During this time Nautilus gains 20/25/30/35/40 flat movement speed. Cost: 35/40/45/50/55 mana Cool Down: 16/14.5/13/11.5/10 sec.

Ability 3- Depth Rush Active: Nautilus, after a 0.75 second delay, rushes at the target enemy unit, dealing 30/45/60/75/90 (+30% AP) magic damage to them. He then grasps them in his hand and begins to channel for up to 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. During this time, the target is stunned and will stare into the gaze of Nautilus, causing them to only be able to see Nautilus as long as he is channeling. Nautilus also gains a 50/100/150/200/250 (+5/7.5/10/12.5/15% max health) shield while channeling. If Nautilus is interrupted, his shield is destroyed, or the target is freed from the stun, Nautilus will stop channeling and the unit will regain their full vision.

Ultimate- Eternal Maelstrom Active: Nautilus dives underwater and becomes untargetable after channeling for 1.25 seconds. Once he has completed channeling, a large maelstrom begins to rage around Nautilus' current location, dealing 25/40/55 (+10% AP) magic damage per second to enemies within a huge range for 4 seconds. Enemies within the center half of the Maelstrom have their movement speed slowed by 15/20/25%. At the end of the duration, Nautilus will burst out causing tentacles to erupt up from the maelstrom, dealing 150/200/250 (+45% AP) magic damage to all enemy units currently in the maelstrom and knocking them into the air for 0.5/0.75/1 second(s).

Who says they couldn't make a new champion based on this.
