Cool New Game Mode Idea

I have cool new game mode idea.

A player queues up alone and is matched with another 9 random solo players who are then split into 2 teams of 5. All 10 players are matched based off a hidden score called mmr. Mmr rating is based off a players performance in this game mode. If a player continues to win, their mmr will rise and they will be matched against similarly skilled players. Players who lose or stay 50-50 will play with and against other similarly skilled players. You could even break these ratings up into cool things such as tiers and divisions, such as Challenger, Master, Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze.

This could be called Solo Queue.

I think players would really enjoy it..
