Lila, the Guardian of Ionia

Lila is a female vastayan in the image of a standard poodle with cherry blossom pink fur at a height of 142 cm (approx. 4'9") that uses a bow that was created by a tree turning itself into so that the young vastayan can protect the Ionians and the forest, in combination of her potent healing magic.


Story Time?

Though a Vastayan, Lila was raised by Ionian humans, sticking by their sides like a loyal companion and protecting them. She was taught on how to use a bow and arrow, but still too young at this moment to be proficient at it, so her most effective measures of protecting the humans from outsiders is through biting and healing her humans' wounds with her natural magic capabilities.

Lila does not see other Vastayans very often as she is deemed a traitor to her own kind since she lived her entire life with humans, working with them and protecting them. The two that especially hated Lila are Xayah and Rakan, but we get to that in a bit, Xayah especially hated her since her beauty would make Rakan start flirting with the pooch-Vastayan, so she was deemed as a threat between her love for Rakan (Lila has no interest in him).

_Conflict really started when Zed, Rakan, and Xayah were after a powerful, yet forbidden, rune in an ancient temple. Lila and the human Ionians got word of what is going on and a group of them went to stop the rune from being stolen, with Lila going with them. _

When they got there, the two lovers took down the shadow ninja and as Xayah was reaching out to grab the rune... Lila sniped it away with an arrow, knocking it to the ground nearby. The group then ran in to try to bring down and capture the law breakers, Lila running as fast as she can to take out Xayah, but Rakan swooped in and ended up receiving a gouge of a wound from where she bit him. The fight is on!

An old tree behind Lila saw pureness in her, seeing that she dropped her bow, sacrificed a piece of himself to form a bow twisted with its own branches and enchanted with powerful magic that can form its own arrows out of magic, dropped it at her feet. Xayah and Lila went head-to-head in a dual, Rakan trying to fend off the humans, but it was too much for them and decided to flee before they were too wounded to do so.

When Lila and the group of humans got back to town. Lila was praised and rewarded with a celebration for her act of leadership and bravery, earning her title as the guardian of the nation, but in the moment she really only cared about all the meat that was served that night.

Meanwhile, Xayah will never forget how her man got wounded by that mutt of a Vastayan and Rakan having the scars of where he was bit. Holding both a personal grudge against Lila and knowing that if they ever want their hands on that rune, then they need to figure out a way to take Lila out for good.


Lila is a marksman where her basic attacks are skill shots when she stands still without performing actions, having you to aim to hit the first enemy in the arrow's path and able to deal some massive damage if it hits the target in the centre of its hit box. The other part is Lila is able to heal her team.


Attack Range: 600 units Attack Speed: 0.677 +4% per level Attack Damage: Average Movement: 340 units per second


#Power Shot (Passive): Range: 1500 units

When Lila stands still for 0.5 second without performing other actions, she readies her bow to deal a powerful shot, her next movement command will instead cause her to shoot her basic attack in the target direction, dealing between 40% to 120% damage to the first enemy struck based on how close the arrow was to the centre of the target's hitbox.

Lila's basic attacks on hit causes her next ability, including Power Shot's attack, to become 40% more potent, up to a maximum of 400% more potency, consuming all the stacks upon casting the ability. The power of this potency is indicated as a resource bar below the user's health bar.

Lila's attacks cannot deal bonus critical damage, instead critical strikes grant 100% more potency instead of 40%.

#Magic Arrow (Q): Cooldown: 10/8.5/7/5.5/4 seconds; Range: 1500 units

Lila fires a magic arrow in the target direction, dealing 8/11/14/17/20(+40%AD)(+30%AP) magic damage to the first enemy struck.

#Vastayan Loyalty (W): Cooldown: 18 seconds; Range: 1000 units

Active: Lila bonds with the target allied champion indefinitely, only one champion can be bonded with at a time, the initial bond grants the target 40/50/60/70/80(+30%AP) shield for 4 seconds.

Passive: When the bonded allied champion receives champion or epic monster damage, then Lila gains 6/7/8/9/10%(+2% per 100AP) of her target's maximum health as bonus magic damage for her next basic attack. If the bonded target dies, then Lila is dealt 40% of her current health and gains Final Moment for the next 6 seconds.

Final Moment: Lila gains 60% - 180% [based on level] bonus attack speed, deals 15% of all damage that she deals as bonus true damage, and every basic attack critically strikes.

#Full Power (E): Cooldown: 5 seconds; Range: 950 units

Lila goes all out with an attack in the target direction that deals 50/60/70/80/90(+70%AD) physical damage to the first enemy struck and grants her maximum potency if it damages an enemy, but she is unable to basic attack afterwards equal to the amount of time that it requires to fire off 8/6.5/5/3.5/2 basic attacks.

#Healing Rain (R): Cooldown: 4 seconds; Range: 1000 units

Lila fires up to 5 arrows in the air, landing on herself and nearby allied champions after a 0.5 second delay, healing struck targets for 20/50/80(+40%AP) health.

Is Lila related to Rakan and Xayah? Lila seems kind of like them, vastayans that protect Ionia and Ionia's magic.

UPDATE NOTES (1):

Vastayan Loyalty: Dying binded champion's health cost reduced to 40% from 60% current health Final Moment's attack speed boost lowered to 60% - 180% from 80% - 250%

(Just slightly less punishing for failure to keep your allies alive, this means there needs to be less revenge power since you are taking less damage.)

Full Power: Damage lowered to 50/60/70/80/90(+70%AD) from 50/65/80/95/110(+80%AD) (this multiples up to 5 times with the passive, so a bigger nerf than it looks) Time before you can basic attack again reduced to 8/6.5/5/3.5/2 from 8/7/6/5/4 basic attacks worth of time

Healing Rain: Removed self-healing reduction when bonus attack damage is greater than ability power Delay before healing reduced to 0.5 from 0.75 second

(This was implemented as a way to mitigate healing since you can get life steal, but Lila has no escapes of any kind in her kit and is immobile so by removing the self-healing reduction acts as her defensive tool for her healing. This also allows for different builds that can be achieved as she no longer needs to build any life steal at all, Ashe has a similar aspect as well.)

I am trying to find my concept that is similar to Yuumi, though this is a marksman and doggo, she is pretty similar in some aspects. I did make a support awhile back that is very similar to Yuumi and the search engine does not make it easy to find (it is very crappy) especially when you forget what you named it originally. If only there was a way to find posts that I MADE and all be in the same forum...
