He could wield a big rubber mallet, and every time he kills something with Q it could make a squeaky toy sound.
When he ulted it could play the Donkey Kong Hammer Music.

I feel like the Arcade skins are based more around score oriented games and not ticket oriented games? It's a funny concept, like a Piko Piko hammer, but with things like Duck Hunt, Final Boss, Fight Sticks, and Robot Unicorn Attack your idea doesn't quite fit the bill. I think it'd be fun to see a whole Carnival Games set though. Overall I like the idea, you should go more into detail!
