Kassandra, the Last Valkyrie

Kassundra's eyes fluttered open softly and she grunted. Her eyes were sore... no here entire body was sore. What had happened? She forced herself into a sitting position and cried out. Her ribs felt broken and her lungs felt filled with dusk. Then, it hit her. Last night, the Void, the creatures, her sisters-in-arms fighting for their lives, and then the cold, crushing darkness of the world as it fell in on her.

Tears stung her bloodied face and she forced herself to stand. She looked around her, seeing all of the hellish purple flames burning brightly amongst the temples of her hometown. Several of her sisters murdered, beaten, and other killed by other means to sickening to say.

She forced herself forwards, walking gently and carefully towards the rubble that was once her home. Artifacts littered the floor of all shapes and sizes. Kassundra brushed aside the memories that lingered here and pushed herself towards her hobbled room.

She felt to her knees then and empty her stomach, not that there was much there in the first place. She wiped an ashy hand across her face and reached under bed, that by some miracle managed to survive the ambush. She smiled as she pulled a trunk from beneath her bed.

Three items lay inside this trunk. The first, her loyal Scepter, the Scepter of Judgement. The second her robes of Grace and Justice. The final item, a port-stone. Kassundra closed her eyes and smiled as she held the items in her hands, and said a single word before tossing the stone into the air.

When Kassundra opened her eyes, she took in a scene. A world of people of all different shapes, sizes, and codes. Kassundra had come her by her right as a Valkyrie. She would seek justice for her homeland and destroy the Void, or die trying. But, she couldn't do this alone. Kassundra set forth into the new world in search of warriors, mages, and thieves to help her in her quest all the while delivering divine justice of both sorts to her enemies.

Kassundra smiled before setting off into the world.

Basics:

Name: Kassundra Color of skin: White Hair + Eye color: Brown / Grey Race - Valkyrie / Human Class - Mage Moral - Grey (Good and Evil blend in her)

Kassundra is a mid lane character or aggressive support.

Passive: Kassundra's ability's mark her enemies with Judgement. Enemies marked with Judgement are revealed to Kassundra and she can deal more damage with her abilities to marked targets.

Visual effect: Kassundra creates little weights of justice that hover above her enemies heads.


Q - Kassundra passes judgement on a champion. Dealing damage and rooting them for a brief duration.

Visual effect: the root is a golden light with a bronze touch. A deep music plays when this ability cast/landed.

Scaling:

Range - 1000 Mana Cost - 50/60/70/80/90 Damage: 70/110/150/190/230 + 65% of AP Cooldown - 10.5 seconds


W - Kassundra calls upon her birth right of being a Valkyrie and forces the life out of her enemy to regenerate her own health. This is an area of effect power.

Visual: A plate is summoned in an area, life is seen draining from enemies with green life lines being absorbed by Kassundra (similar to the death of a scuttler).

Scaling:

Range: 750 or 975

Damage: 80/100/120/130/150 + 45% of AP on impact + 20/30/40/50/60 + 10% of AP per second they remain

Heal: Kassundra receives a heal at 35% of the total damage dealt from this power. A kill gives a boost of 100 extra health.

Cooldown: 9 seconds


E - Kassundra slashes out with her scepter, dealing judgement and damage to the champion or other enemy. This fires out in a line in front of her.

Visual: Her scepter is extended in-front and fires a beam of light out to attack her enemies.

Scaling:

Range: 750

Mana Cost: 70/80/90/100/110

Damage: 60/90/120/150/180 + 65% of AP + 5% extra AP for each extra target hit (champions only).

Cooldown: 7.5 seconds


R - Kassundra freezes in place, surrounding herself in power. She unleashes a gripping power that continuously pulls enemies towards her. The more enemies grabbed the more damage she will deal when she implodes the ability. This power may be activated early but for reduced damage.

Visual: Blue energy surrounds Kassundra with two swirling comet-looking things that in enemies. A white flashing light is present underneath Kassundra to show the range of the power.

Scaling:

Range: 500 - 550 - 600

Damage: 150/300/450 + 110% of AP

Mana Cost: 100 - 125 - 150

Cooldown: 75 seconds

Appearance:

Kassundra has wings, light, beautiful, and snow white.

She has long, loose hair that is neatly curled down past her shoulders. Her robes are a simple white dress that falls just above her knees. She has golden tights that trace against her legs and fall into a pair of snowy boots. She wears a golden circlet across her forehead. She wears a golden, wire belt across her waist.

Her scepter is a golden rod with a swirling golden light around it. On top of it is a white, glowing light.

I like the idea, it seems facinatnig, however i am a little confused on her W, is it a cast on target root like Ryze? a root like Morganas, or is it a more imediate version of Sorakas root? Also the ult has a very Galio feel to it, but i feel its not the same, how powerful is the pull, does the pull get stronger the closer you are to Kassundra? if your on the outer ring of her ultimate, can you manage to walk out of it? just a few questions about those, aside from that it is an interesting idea, i cant say if its op or not due to the lack of ratios and mathmatics but i think it sounds like a swell idea.
