Hello everyone, I have been waiting for lunar revel for a year cause i had stopped playing last year when lunar revel was in the game because my laptop had died.I started playing when i could but the lunar revel had ended. Now,I am very happy that it is close after 1 year.I read an article that said that there won't be a Lunar Revel event in 2020.I got very sad.Is this true?If it isn't then when will Lunar Revel event come? Will I be able to get coin emperor Tahm Kench?

Riot are removing things slowly from the game in the hopes to be like "what do you mean you want this back, it's been like 2 years of good times since we last had it".

Events are sadly the next in line, so I highly doubt a fairly small event like this will make it back.

You will be able to get Coin Emperor Tahm Kench and it seems there will be a Lunar Revel event.

What happened is that Riot tries a new direction for Lunar Revel. Instead of the established Lunar Revel skin lines like Warring Kingdoms, Firecracker, etc we are going to get this new skin line called Mecha Kingdoms.

It also is the first time in years that a champion representing the zodiac of the year (this year is rat, should be Twitch) gets skipped for a Lunar Revel skin... which is something I hold a personal grudge against Riot for now...

But it seems there will still be an event that also aligns with the release of Sett. All the Lunar Revel skins should return to the shop that time, too. So I wouldn't be too worried, I think you will get the chance to get your Tahm Kench skin.

There will be a lunar revel, the new skins released for it are just not following the previously established theme they've done in the past. Past skins, wards, ect will all still be available. Only event that was skipped entirely was Snowdown for 2019 (even though the previous skins were made available)
