Champion Idea. Deliverer of the Bell

The Deliverer of the Bell would be a very hefty Frejlordian woman who wields a giant bell with one hand and the tongue of that bell with the other. (Her body wouldn't be toned and muscled like Illaoi, think like the Heavy from Team Fortress 2 but a woman).

Lore: Determined to find the source of a mysterious sound that no one else seems to hear, she explores the mountaintops to find the bell broken, with it's tongue laid beside it. She soon discovers that the bell can be used to bring gifts to those that need them and despair to those that break the peace. Only when she strikes the bell can it be heard.

Role: Tank support. Melee champion

Passive: Bell's sight - The bell detects harmonic vibrations of enemy wards. Whenever she enters sight range of an enemy ward it becomes revealed (60 second cooldown) destroying enemy wards or other deployables (heimer turrets, zyra plants, bard shrines, etc) gives her a charge on her W.

Q: Bell drop - She hefts the bell up and over, and finally down on the target area, dealing moderate damage and rooting the target for two seconds.

W: Gifts of the bell - Pressing W will cause her to drop the bell down and standby the bell. A small menu would pop up (Think like viktor upgrades or kha-zix evolution) letting her select which gift she can bring.

Gift of water: Allies within the radius of this gift will have slightly increased mana regen
Gift of agility: Allies within the radius of this gift will have increased movespeed
Gift of dexterity: Allies receive increase attack speed (within radius of course)
Gift of deception: Does not buff allies at all, but looks just like any of the other gifts. If destroyed by an enemy, it explodes in a large cloud of coal dust, inflicting minor damage, a slow, and a blind.

Each gift will have a unique apprentice. Summoning a gift will consume a trinket charge. She will have two charges which will refresh naturally over time. With these charges she can only have two gifts on the field at a single moment. Destroying an enemy deploy-able will grant her a special third charge which can be used to summon a third gift (special charge will disappear after like, 30 seconds)

Summoning a gift will take a small amount of time and she will strike the bell during this. The pattern of the strikes will be different depending on the gift she is summoning. Gifts can be destroyed by two ranged auto attacks or one melee attack

E: Deafening Roar - She points the bell in target direction and strikes it firmly with it's tongue deafending enemies in it's AOE (like Cho gath's roar). Enemies hit by this attack are punished by having their non-ultimate abilities placed on cooldown (including passive if it has one). This can be casted right after Bell Drop to save time, but Deafening Roar will be casted in the same direction as Bell Drop and could not be changed (to track a moving target or switching targets for example).

R: The bell tolls for thee - She throws her bell to target location, where it will land and grow in size. The bell blocks all projectiles (including friendly ones). When the bell blocks a projectile it rings, sending a shockwave across the ground that damages enemies with damage equal to 30% (+5% of AP) of the projectile blocked. She can also auto attack the bell to send a shockwave dealing 30% of her AP instead. No more than one shockwave can be sent at a time. If more than one projectile hits the bell the bell always uses the highest value of damage for reference.

When the bell grows, it will displaces targets similar to a trundle pillar.

Sorry if this is sloppy, I'll probably try to clean up the format later. I'm currently typing this at 3:00 in the morn because I can't get it out of my head. I delibratley didn't add many damage/health/scaling values because I'm way too tired to really think too much about those kinda of things so if you are reading this think reasonable amount of damage for a support. Please use the vote system for easy feedback, but comments are welcome!
