[Champion Concept] Rally, the Manical Clown
I've had some downtime at work over the past few months and spent a lot of my idle moments designing league champs. I have around 20 champs now pretty well laid out. I am going to begin posting them in hopes that someone from Riot takes notice as i would love to be a champion designer for Riot.
I am trying my hand at all roles and varying levels of difficulty/complexity. All the numbers are just things i threw together and although i did attempt to make things relatively balanced i'm positive the numbers could use some work. Also, i do have lore for many of the champs but have decided to not include it in favor of post brevity.
#Rally - The Maniacal Clown
Game Role: AD Fighter/Bruiser, possible Jungler
P: Pyromaniac: - - | 1500 range | 1% MS/AS/HPR per minion | 5% MS/AS/HPR per champion Rally takes pleasure in setting people on fire. He gains MS, AS and HP Regen for every enemy unit around him that he makes burn.
Q: Firebomb: 50/80/110/140/170 - 70/112/154/196/238(+20/35/50/65% AP) | 10/20/30/40% slow for 3s | 300 unit aoe | 650 range | 14/13/12/11/10s cooldown | 40/50/60/70/80 mana Rally primes a firebomb that will set all enemies caught in its radius on fire and slow them. Can hold and charge for up to 5 seconds. The firebomb will gain more damage and slow for a larger percentage each second it charges. Max damage/slow will be reached at 3 seconds at which point the firebomb will flash red. At 5 seconds the bomb will disarm, not be useable and firebomb will go on a reduced cooldown. Rally throws the bomb by reactivating this ability.
W: Trampoline: - - | 500 range | 18/17/16/15/14s cooldown | 50 mana Rally throws down a trampoline. The first ally champion that runs over it will hop 350 units in the direction they are facing upon touching the trampoline. Champions that have MS boosts will jump further(max 500 units). Champions that use dash abilities onto the trampoline will jump max distance as well as jumping high enough to clear over walls. If Rally cartwheels onto the trampoline it will launch him into the air. He will come crashing down, knocking up all enemies and dealing cartwheels damage in an aoe. If he is also holding a firebomb he will set the area where he lands on fire for 3 seconds. Any enemies who come into contact with the fire will be set on fire and take the full damage of Firebomb.
E: Cartwheel: 40/65/90/115/135(+80% AD) each way | 450 range | 16/14/12/10/8s cooldown | 40/50/60/70/80 mana Rally cartwheels forward and back, causing damage to all enemies he passes through in both directions. Reactivating this ability will stop Rally from cartwheeling back to his starting position. If he is holding a firebomb he will smash it against the first enemy he runs into, setting them and all surrounding enemy units in a small aoe on fire.
R: Wall of Fire: 30/60/90(+12% AP) per second, 150/300/450(+60% AP) total | 1000 length | 800 range | 100/90/80s cooldown | 100 mana Rally fire breathes a big wall of fire that will set any enemies that pass through it on fire for 5 seconds. Walking through the fire will not stack damage however it will add 2 seconds to the duration of the burn.
