Morgana Conceptional Ability Kit
Two majour things with Morgana:

She has incredibly unhealthy (also outdated) gameplay in her kit.

She is a mindless champion to play as, which the only time I play her is when I want to turn off my brain and have a relaxing game, so to some extent I want to preserve this aspect to Morgana of having a relaxing champion to play as. Definitely can do this in a healthier gameplay pattern.

I want to go all in on her fallen angel theme, maybe things like she creates a 3 seconds cage at the target location that prevent enemy movement and dashes from going past it instead of her root. Allows the opponents to still move around but still functions in a similar fashion to her root now, then to go with that maybe she summons a slow moving, large demon to ravage enemies that it gets near it as an ultimate or something. We shall figure out the details. Reversely, I want Kayle to go a lot heavier on her angel thematic, and actually make it noticeable that she is supposed to be an angel champion in her gameplay and visuals (Kayle definitely needs the full VGU treatment).
For the record, I will focus on Morgana as both a middle lane and support mage.
Basic Attack Range: 525 units Movement: 340 units per second
Pleasure from Tormenting (Passive): Range: 800 units
Whenever a nearby enemy champion or epic monster is dealt damage from any source, then Morgana heals herself for 5 - 30 (+10%AP) health.
Shrine of Torment (Q): Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 seconds; Cost: 80 mana; Range: 800 / 400 units
Morgana summons an inescapable cage at the target location after a 0.5 second delay, remaining in play for 3 seconds. Enemies within the confides of the barrier cannot move past the outer walls by any means.
Boiling Soil (W): Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 15/20/25/30/35 mana per second; Range: 700 / 250 units Leash Range: 1000 units
Toggle: Morgana begins to boil the soil at the target location, dealing 10/20/30/40/50(+20%AP) magic damage per second to enemies within and applying Tormented Soil for 3 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
Enemies inflicted with Tormented Soil that are damaged by Boiling Soil, The Torturer, and champion basic attacks are dealt 4/8/12/16/20(+5%AP) bonus magic damage per stack of Tormented Soil.
Soul Shackle (E): Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 800 units
Morgana summons a demonic hand from her location to reach out in the target direction and pull the first enemy struck to its place of origin, dealing 100/150/200/250/300(+90%AP) magic damage.
If Shrine of Torment is currently active, then the demonic hand emerges from the center of the cage instead of from Morgana's location.
The Torturer (R): Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds; Cost: 100 mana; Range: Global
Morgana summons a massive demon to the target location, remaining in play for 45 seconds or until killed, acting on its own after reaching its target location and focusing targets within the confides of Shrine of Torment. While initially marching out, The Torturer deals 200/300/400(+100%AP) magic damage to enemies that it passes through.
The Torturer's Statistics: ~ Cleaves nearby enemies in front of it for its attacks. ~ Attacks deal 80/120/160(+45%AP) magic damage. ~ Has 1500/2250/3000 health, 60/90/120 armor, and 30/40/50 magic resistance. ~ Moves at 250/300/350 units per second. ~ Has 250 units attack range.
