Secret Agent Azir would had been better than agent xin zhao

Azir himself dressed in the tuxedo while he has soldiers dressed up as security/body guards , but seriously?.. secret agent xin?..... it feels like a cheesy skin, and odd with the types of personality and background xin has.. it just dosent even fit him right.. it just dosent fit the puzzle.. and why does xin need even more skins??
