Servius The Redeemed

Passive: Silver Shield- Servius's abilities grant him a Silver Shield, which degrades over 3 seconds, restoring Health as it depletes.

  • Increased healing from all sources; Silver Shield:
  • 25 +(2.5 per level) + 10% Armor
  • 50 +(2 per level)% shield depletion restored to Health

Q: Subdue- Servius strikes down on target Enemy Champion, reducing their Movement Speed and Damage Dealt.

  • (15/25/35/45/55) + 2.5% Ability Power in Magic Damage
  • (10/15/20/25/30)% Movement Speed reduction
  • (10/15/20/25/30)% Damage Dealt reduced

W: Guard- Servius charges his shield, reducing the damage he takes and causing his next basic attack to knock back the enemy.

  • +(10/15/20/25/30) +5% Armor bonus Magic Damage on attack
  • (5/10/15/20/25) +10% Armor damage reduction
  • Remains active for 3 seconds before deactivating, placing on 50% cooldown

E: Protect- Servius dashes to target Ally Champion, gains increased range during Ultimate

  • (25/22.5/20/17.5/15) second cooldown
  • +(2000/2500/3000) units per Ultimate level

Ultimate: Light of Redemption Servius summons a blinding light for 3 seconds, then the light floods to him healing in an AOE.

  • Light of Redemption makes all Enemy Champions "Near Sighted" for 3 seconds
  • (75/150/225) +15% Ability Power damage healed in 350 unit radius

I feel like q does too much and the e does too little. Maybe add base ad to w making it an auto attack enhancer/reset, and lower the resistances a little and put it on the e and have it apply to allies as well. Doors the ult effect all enemies or just the ones in range?(global or not) Seems interesting but could definitely use some work to make it more unique
