Champion Concept: Psych, The Daredevil

I have updated some of Psych's abilities to make him more unique and to better utilize his thrill.

Passive: Thrill Seeker Thrill gain is better explained, more ways to generate Thrill is added, and self healing

  • 1 Thrill per 100 damage taken.
  • 5 Thrill whenever health is spent for an ability, damaging an enemy minion or non-epic monster, or damaging an enemy champion or epic monster with a basic attack or his W.
  • 10 Thrill for killing an enemy minion or non-epic monster. or damaging an enemy champion or epic monster with his Q or E.
  • 25 Thrill for getting a kill or assist against an enemy champion or monster.
  • Start losing Thrill upon leaving combat, regaining 0.25-0.8% of his missing health per 1 Thrill lost.

Q: Chains of Mayhem Limited to a single kind of pull that is more unique Q: Chain of Mayhem Cost: 4% of current health CD: 2 charges, 16/15/14/13/12 second recharge Psych throws a chain out in a line, latching onto terrain or an enemy unit. If he latches onto terrain, he pulls himself to it. and gets refunded three-quarters of the cooldown. If he latches onto an enemy unit, he deals the chain will deal 80/90/100/110/120 (+0.4 AD) physical damage 40/45/50/55/60 (+0.4 AD) magic damage to the enemy and. If the enemy is still alive, than he will follow up by pulling himself to the enemy, dealing 50/60/70/80/90 (+0.8 AD) physical damage upon impact. Thrill Level below 50: He pulls the enemy to him. Thrill Level at least 50 and less then 100: He pulls himself and the enemy towards each other to meet at the middle. Adds a 2 second stun that is applied upon the initial damage. Thrill Level at 100: He pulls himself to the enemy. Increases the secondary damage by 50%.

NEW W: Random Chaos New ability to make him a lot more unique Cost: 4% current health CD: 10 seconds Passive 30% of basic attack damage is converted into magic damage. Basic attack range is increased by 100/125/150/175/200. Active Psych whips his chains around in a random flurry of destruction, reducing his movement speed by 20% as he lashes at 3 (+1 per 20% bonus Attack Speed) random enemies per second for 70/80/90/100/110% basic attack damage in a 3 second duration. Range is 50 greater than basic attack range. Enemies struck 3 times by this ability will be pulled back to the center. Applies on-hit effects. Thrill Level at least 50 and less then 100: Enemies struck will have their movement speed reduced by 40% for 0.5 seconds. Thrill Level at 100: Number of hits per second is doubled

Party Jump Better base damage, less boost from Thrill E: Party Jump Cost: 4% of current health CD: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Psych leaps to the target location, slamming the ground with both fists upon arrival to deal 50/60/70/80/90 (+0.6 AD) **100/120/140/160/180 (+1.2 AD)**physical damage ~~and knocking up ~~all enemies in the area. Thrill Level at least 50 and less then 100: Damage is doubled. Damage Increased by 25% Thrill Level at 100: Damage is Tripled. Adds a knock up.

R: Thrill Rush Turned his passive into his active, also added a new passive that increases production of both Thrill and Gold Passive Whenever an enemy champion scores a kill, that champion gains a stack of Thrill Ride. When this ability becomes unlocked, enemy champions will gain a stack of Thrill Ride for each kill they have already scored. Thrill Ride has no effect on the champion by itself. However, all of Psych's basic abilities are empowered against champions with at least one stack of Thrill Ride. Chains of Mayhem: 25% of the secondary damage will be dealt to all nearby enemies upon impact. Random Chaos: Prioritize Champions with Thrill Ride stacks. Party Jump: Refunds a third of a CD if a champion with thrill ride stacks is damaged. In addition, all Thrill generation from taking damage, dealing damage, or getting a kill or assist from a champion is increased by 1/2/3 Thrill per stack of Thrill Ride. If Psych kills a champion with stacks of Thrill Ride, that champion will lose all Thrill Ride stacks and Psych will gain 50 additional gold per stack. Active Cost: None CD: 200/160/120 seconds Increases Psych's Attack Speed by 80% and Movement Speed by 120% for 4/5/6 seconds

I feel Riot will not make this champ due to the fact there isn't anything we haven't seen in regards to his abilities. When Riot releases a new champ there is something about them that is different from the rest of them... EX: Zoe Ping Pong like Q Xayah and Rakan A duo with unique attributes themselves Ivern His clear in Jungle is entirely different then any other.

I do like the idea of introducing Thrill as a mana system. I don't know how they would incorporate it to fit future champs, but the concept is cool.

I like the chain idea a lot, as we don't really have any champs with that type of weapon. The lore is interesting, does grab my attention. I think you thought this out really well, I would just try to find a way to make his abilities more unique.
