[Champion Concept]Matthaias, Targon's Prophet
This is yet another champion concept that I've decided to create. This time a ranged AP mage from mount Targon. This champion's unique gimmik is that he is indeed a "Prophet" and can see the future.

Abilities: Passive: Innate: Glimpse the future: Matthaias can see a few seconds into the future, and each enemy champion has a "ghost" that splits from them moving a few seconds into the future to show matthaias what they're likely going to do. Matthaias cannot see the future of champions he cannot see (so stealthed champs and champs in bushes he's blind to). Has 2000 range (Basically, they would use Draven's axe tech to predict where draven is going to lead the axes, and have a "ghost" of the enemy champion, to "predict" the future of the enemy champions movements.)
Q: Targon's blessing: Sensing danger, Matthaias can cast a spell shield on either himself or an ally that lasts for 2 seconds and if it successfully blocks a spell, causing the damage to rebound dealing 40/50/60/70/80 +(.05AP)% of the spells damage in magic damage and heals the target for 60/70/80/90/100 hp increasing by .5% for every 1% of HP missing. Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 seconds Cost: 80/85/90/95/100 mana
W: Gift of Prophecy: For the next 5 seconds, Matthaias can see the futures of champions he cannot see and increases the range of his passive from 2000 range to 4000 range. Granting vision of the passive ghosts of all champions in that area for the duration. Does not reveal fog of war (He can't see the champions themselves, but he can see their ghosts, allowing him to guess where the champion is) Cooldown: 60/55/50/45/40 seconds
E: Streams of Time: Passive: Matthaias can interact with the paths of time, allowing him to target the ghosts that he can see, any attacks and spells that hit the ghost rather than the champion they originate from deal 20/25/30/35/40% damage and have a delay of 2 seconds until the damage is applied, this damage reduction does not apply to Prophecy of Doom . CC is applied at only 50% effectiveness and is also delayed by 2 seconds.
Active: Matthaias can separate the future version of an enemy champion from themselves, dealing 90/130/170/210/250 (+.7 AP) magic damage and stunning them for 1/1.1/1.2/1.3/1.5 seconds. If this is cast on the Future ghost, the stun is negated, but the damage is amplified by 20/25/30/35/40% and disables the passive component. Cooldown: 10/10/10/10/10 seconds Mana Cost: 60/80/100/120/140
R: Perfect Forsight: Matthaias becomes capable of seeing the future perfectly, allowing him to dodge all single target spells and take reduced damage from AoE spells for the next 3/5/7 seconds, dodging CC from single target spells and attacks, and taking 20/35/50% reduced CC duration from AoE abilities.
During this time, Matthaias can unleash Prophecy of Doom: Prophecy of Doom: Matthaias sees the ultimate end of all champions that he can see the future ghost of, dealing 100/225/350 (+.7 AP) Magic damage instantly to all champions and their ghosts. The damage to the ghosts deals 50% of the actual damage Maximum damage of 150/337/525(+1.05 AP) magic Damage. Has a 2 second channel time as Matthaias says the Prophecy of Doom.
Cooldown: 180/150/120 seconds Manacost: 100/100/100 mana.
