Lucina, the Call of the Dragons

Lucina, for the most part, is a normal and beautiful young lady, but she can use levitating magic... only can levitate herself and only can levitate at most a foot off the ground.

Lucina was born in a small village within Ionia, blessed with the mark of the dragon on her back, is able to communicate and even command dragons! Very rarely is someone born with these marks, but the mark allows the bearer to only have a very specific dragon partner that is usually born the same day as the bearer of their mark. When they turn ten years of age they go out on a quest to search for their dragon partner.

Lucina is a special case, even though she only has one large mark of the dragon on her back, she actually has two dragon partners and thus that much more time to train them and properly control them, and understand each of their powers. Though twin dragons, the black dragon with ice magic was found in a field of flowers and the first she found, she named her Isa. It was on her return home that she ran into a white dragon with fire magic, was by a stream to originally catch fish, but ended up just gazing out at the sky and enjoying the cool mist of the water nearby, she named him Sparkle.

Since young dragons are not innately vicious, is the perfect time to go looking for them and start training them, to get know them and get them used to humans with minimal destruction. Isa and Sparkle, due to being elemental dragons, will grow up and be half the size of Lucina and she is not going to be very tall herself when fully grown either. These dragons rely on their magical prowess for their power, not their physical might, which makes them not the most ideal at reactivate defending, but great when they go on their attack with their immense power!

Eight years later, after so many ups and downs and hardship of training, Lucina with Isa and Sparkle are finally ready to graduate from their home village and explore the world if they so desire. This trio in particular is going to become strong warriors for Ionia, but to do that you must also fight the other greats of the world for valuable experience, and so that is what they shall do...

So what will happen next with Lucina, Isa, and Sparkle and their journey and story shall be decided on the fields of justice!

Lucina is a powerful mage, though she does not attack directly, must manage the differences of an ice dragon and fire dragon to cause them to work together and destroy the enemy!

Their gameplay is overall simple, but has a ton of choices and skill expression, creating a very advanced champion to play because of this aspect despite having a simple mage kit to use for any player.

Attack Range: 600 units Attack Speed: 1.450 +6% per level Attack Speed Cap: 5.000 attacks per second Attack Damage: Very High Movement: 340 units per second

Isa and Sparkle, the Twin Dragons (Passive):

Lucina cannot attack directly, instead her partner dragons attack instead. This means Lucina does not interrupt her movement while basic attacking. Only one dragon can attack at a time.

Isa breaths ice breath, this cannot deal damage or apply on hit effects, but slows down her target by 15%(+5% per 100AP) for 1.5 seconds and Chills the target for 1 second. If Isa strikes a Heated target, then they deal 15%(+7% per 100AP) less damage for 1.5 seconds. Isa deals (+100%AD) physical damage to minions.

Sparkle breaths fire breath, this deals (+100%AD)(+20%AP) magic damage and Heats the target for 1 second. If Sparkle strikes a Chilled target, then they are dealt 110%(+8% per 100AP) damage.

Additionally, Isa and Sparkle take turns for who casts each basic ability.

Magic Bolt (Q):

Cooldown: 3 seconds; Cost: 45 mana; Range: 1000 units

Isa: Blasts a ice bolt in the target direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage. If the target was struck by one of Sparkle's abilities in the last 2 seconds, then they are dealt true damage instead.

Sparkle: Blasts a fire bolt in the target direction, dealing 60/90/120/150/180(+50%AP) magic damage. If the target struck by one of Isa's abilities in the last 2 seconds, then they are dealt 50% increased damage.

Elemental Wall (W):

Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 1000 / 500 / 500 units

Isa: Creates an ice wall at the target location for 3 seconds, acting as impassable terrain. If struck by Sparkle's magic bolt, then it shatters and deals 100/150/200/250/300(+100%AP) magic damage to nearby enemies.

Sparkle: Creates a fire wall at the target location for 3 seconds, enemy projectiles that pass through the wall no longer deal damage and instead heals for 40/55/70/85/100%(+12% per 100AP) of the damage it would have dealt. If struck by Isa's magic bolt, then it explodes and stuns struck enemies for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds.

Overcharge Beam (E):

Cooldown: 8 seconds; Cost: 70/75/80/85/90 mana; Range: 1050 units

Isa: Fires an ice beam in the target direction, dealing 80/115/150/185/220(+70%AP) magic damage to struck enemies, but cannot attack or cast her abilities for 2 seconds.

Sparkle: Fires a fire beam in the target direction, dealing 80/115/150/185/220(+70%AP) magic damage to struck enemies, but cannot attack or cast his abilities for 2 seconds.

The same Overcharge Beam can be cast for free within 2 seconds, but cannot attack or cast their abilities for an additional 2.5 seconds.

(Lucina's attack speed and attack speed cap is halved while the other dragon cannot attack.) (Does not alternate abilities while one dragon is silenced.)

Dragon Caller (R):

Cooldown: 120/100/80 seconds; Cost: 100 mana

Lucina fulfills the true power of her dragons, combining their powers together for the next 6/7/8 seconds causing their attacks and abilities to be cast at the same time. Lucina is healed for 200/350/500(+125%AP) health, this can over heal as an indefinite shield.

(Lucina's attack speed and attack speed cap is halved during this time.) (Cannot cast while either dragon is silenced.)

I like it, although the ultimate really seems a bit overpowered, 6 abilities at once, 2 autoattacks at once with no walk stopping?

Their attacks and abilities combine at once - the cooldowns are shared - it is just the additional effects are combined rather than choose this spell and get the extra effect from another spell.

  • like wall destruction is damage and stun, q does amp damage and true damage, attacks deal amp damage and reduce damage (E does not have anything special, it just choice of which dragon to silence and disarm so not really the ability to use while ulted unless you want to go for finisher burst). Basically ult grants super P-Q-W - also Isa does not deal direct damage for her attacks (that is why you half to normal attack speed) - you are just buffed up but you are not firing more abilities since the damage does not stack since it is the same ability.

  • Fire + Ice Wall means it converts enemy projectiles to healing projectiles while also being impassable terrain. E, again, does nothing special besides for disarming and silencing both dragons (which probably means it should be disabled during the ultimate, but at the same time still allows the player the option to use it as a last resort). I could make E more interesting of a spell perhaps, but not now.

But no, the ult is just enhancing the abilities, should be obvious that the abilities being barely different to each other should indicate that they are the same thing.
