A Demacian [Assassin]

Well, aside from the off-meta variety, there aren't really any Demacian assassins. When we finaly get one, how do you expect them to be? AP or AD? Melee or Ranged? Auto attack-based or ability-based? What kinda weapon? What kinda backstory? I'm curious as to your ideas.
