ABILITIES AND KIT
Kit overview: Grace focuses on poking down a target, then instantly becoming a relentless hunter. She is designed to help lock down targets for her team, as well eliminating high priority by either killing them or temporary removing from team fights. With all of that, she is an ADC. I am sure we all know by now that ADCs are made of literal wet-tissue paper. She is meant to be ranged and wear and tear from a far. If she gets the idea of "oh, I am an assassin." She will be utterly destroyed and buried over and over again. I know in the world of ADCs that there are the ones who build lethality and those build crit, and those that build flat damage. Grace would probably want to be a crit monster with
and
being part of her main build. Mainly because these two items are really good when paired together.
Now, onto the actual kit.
Powers / Abilities
Passive: Bloodied Prey
Target's below 35% health give Grace 20% (+15% {increases by 1.2 per level} of Grace's critical strike chance as bonus physical damage towards that target).
Q: Triple Shot
Range: 1000
Mana: 55/59/63/67/71
Grace fires 3 bolts in a line. The first one deals 70/100/130/160/190 (+60% AD) physical damage. If a bolt hits a target, the champion or creature will take in bonus critical damage on the next two (or one) bolt(s) equal to 30/40/50% of Grace's critical strike damage (can be increased by IE.)
Cool down: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6 seconds

W: Hook and Tackle
Range: 750
Mana: 75 (all levels)
Type: Targeted
This ability has three possible choices.
Option 1: Grace fires her hook onto one enemy unit, then onto another. Slowing the primary target by 80% and the secondary by 60%.
Option 2: Grace fires her hook into terrain, then onto an enemy unit. This will stun the target for 1.5 seconds.
Option 3: Grace fires her hook into an enemy, then re-activates the ability for no bonus debuff.
For Options 1-2, the first part is a targeted effect, the second part requires you to aa another target.
The hook deals 90/120/150/180/210 (+70% AP) magical damage.
Note: If a target manages to escape Grace's W's range before she hooks or re-activates the power, the hook will break.

Range: 520 (circle around Grace)
Mana: 40/45/50/55/60
Type: AoE w/ DoT
Grace drops a small amount of Caltrops in the area around her. This deal 30/40/50/60/70 (+50% AD) physical damage on cast, then cause targets to bleed for 50/60/70/80/90 (+60% AD) physical damage. This can be reapplied for as long as the target remains in the area, stacks up to 5 times. A Caltrop is removed once an enemy steps on it. This works on monsters and minions.

R: Executioner's Fire
Range: 3350
Mana: 100
Type: Skillshot
Grace carries 3 explosive bolts with her at all times. Bolts recharge every 30 seconds. Bolts deal 50/100/150 (+35% AD) physical damage per bolt. Every 3rd bolt will deal 30/40/50% missing health damage to her target. The bolt ignores minions. Grace fires a bolt in a line, upon connecting with an enemy champion they explode dealing the above damage to them. To other targets (including minions), they take in 1/3 of the damage per bolt and have reduced missing health damage (15/20/25%).
