Champion name: Temze the Urtistanian soldier

Passive: By being away from allies and out of combat for 8 seconds Temze gets marked making it so that the next attack on him does 15% of the damage as true damage, while being near allies Temze can choose an ally to grant bonus 10% ad and ap to (This also gives him the bonus ad and ap). Walking into the fountain gives Temze a 10 second immunity to the damage mark allowing him to walk back to lane.

Q:This ability takes 0.8 seconds to generate and can be cancelled early any time between the 0.8 second mark or a 4 second mark. If not cancelled half the abilities mana is refunded. Temze summons a circle around an ally (or himself), temporarily stunning enemies near the chosen ally and dealing damage based on that allies movement speed 50%/60%/70%/80%/90% of total movement speed. While also granting his ally movement speed depending on the amount of people stunned 20%/25%/35%/40%/45%.

W: Temze looks into the void allowing him and his chosen ally to do 10%/12%/16%/18%/20% bonus damage on their next ability or auto attack.

E: Temze can shoot a skill shot at either an ally or an enemy , If it is an enemy it turns the controls of the enemy backwards and turning their screen a tint of purple as if they were looking into Temze's memories of the void, this does damage each second for 3 seconds 60/70/80/90/100 (+60% of ap) every second, if it hits an ally it suppresses Temze forcing him to channel for a second and teleport the ally to himself healing them. This ability can be cancelled early to stop it.

R: Temze shields every ally around him for 60% of his max health for 12 seconds, if an ally is stunned/rooted/polymorphed/knocked up/suppressed/etc. (hard cc) while still having the shield on them the hard cc effect is reduced by 50%. If an ally gets a kill while shielded a quarter of that allies current shield bonus is turned into health, this effect can stack, if the ally is healed to full health by this effect that ally will be granted a max health bonus until the 12 seconds is over.

Temze is meant to be played as a tank support while he is playable as a top lanner because of his E engage and q stun allowing him to go a shen-like build, while being played support you have to be careful as Temze does not have an engage so an adc that can either engage with a dash or allow Temze to engage is a good choice. Temze is great in lane and team fights because of his shield, bonus damage, stun and disengage. While a Temze that is by themselves can also put up a good fight a kiting champion such as Lucian would easily over power Temze.

His kits a bit bland and his numbers are busted.
