Ellie, the... Baker?

Might be Pantheon's dream, but it is Ellie's reality. Of course Ellie is no ordinary baker, that would be to bland for a mighty champion! Nope, she bakes magic spells in order to roll, curl, and flatten her enemies in order to create the perfect dessert!

What is that, you want a better lore with more to it? Well, gameplay comes first and anything else is overcooked and burnt to a crisp here!

Ellie is a beautiful, human girl around 14 years of age (or at least the appearance of one). She is from Ionia since magic and Pantheon and all that, and slightly crazy as she speaks in the third person... and talks out loud while she writes all this... and pretends she is in some kind of computer-video-game (whatever that is) called League of Legends. This is her story, you follow HER path (well... if League of Legends had a single player RPG equivalent)!

Ellie is a mage.

Ellie is a very high damage, burst mage that is all about letting her target sit in the oven for awhile and that blasting them with extreme amounts of damage! Utilizing her utility to keep herself alive as her foes around her become prepared, baked, and then become consumed...

Her damage is balanced through the fact that she is both a short range mage that has a very high risk gameplay to her, on top of that fact that her massive amounts of damage (now that is a lot of damage) is followed by being heavily delayed, despite it coming out in giant bursts (also the fact that she only has two damage spells and they are both pretty telegraphed, giving fairness for the opponent, but still not impossible to land for the player).

Attack Range: 600 units Movement: 330 units per second

Kneedler (Passive):

Prepare Range: 600 units

Ellie being near enemies will prepare them, maximum preparation after 5 seconds. Ellie's basic attacks will soften up the target for 1.5 seconds, causing the target to take up to 30% increased magic damage from all sources based on the preparation time. While Ellie is no longer near an enemy, they will unprepare twice as fast.

If a target is fully prepared and below 15% health, then her next basic attack will execute them.

Rolling Doll (Q):

Cooldown: 6 seconds; Cost: 50/65/80/95/110 mana; Range: 1000 units

Ellie throws her cute doll into the air to enlarge and land at the target location, she then curls in a ball and rolls a further 800 units to flatten targets (immobilize) for 1.5 seconds and deal 40/70/100/130/160(+45%AP) to 120/210/300/390/480(+135%AP) magic damage based on how prepared the target was.

Gaining a kill or assist refunds Rolling Doll's cooldown, this will also occur if you like Ellie's puns.

Baking Transformation (W):

Cooldown: 10 seconds; Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 mana; Range: 625 units

Ellie polymorphs the target enemy champion into bread for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Pantheon becomes a harmless baker instead of bread.

If Pantheon is on the same team, he becomes a real baker for the entire duration of the game!

Dancing in the Oven (E):

Cooldown: 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 seconds; Cost: 40/55/70/85/100 mana

Ellie gains 30/35/40/45/50%(+5% per 100AP) total movement speed for 5 seconds. If she within 600 range of enemy champions or epic monsters, then she gains a growing shield over 2 seconds, up to 60/80/100/120/140(+120%AP), which will constantly regrow to this amount while dancing, but instantly is removed upon being too far away.

Careful, It's Hot! (R):

Cooldown: 12 seconds; Cost: 100 mana

Ellie gains 35/40/45%(+5% per 100AP) damage reduction for 2 seconds and leaves a glob of dough behind, stretching the dough out as she runs. After 2 seconds, the dough snaps to her location and deals up to 300/450/600(+140%AP) magic damage based on how stretched out the dough was against enemies it passes through.

Dancing in the Oven's bonus movement speed is increased by 50% while running towards visible enemy champions.

UPDATE NOTES:

Rolling Doll: Removed 30/25/20/15/10% reduced damage (or 70/75/80/85/90% damage) to minions.

(Does not make sense since she is a short range mage and needs to prepare the minions if she was to one to two shot them with her Q, so she does not have safety for fast wave clearing and the prep time does innately restrict how fast she can clear the waves. Long range Qs always deals the minimum damage, so clearly waves at a very safe distance will consume a lot of mana in the process (and be very slow in the process), so her wave clear was already pretty balanced and did not need minion damage reduction on top of that.)

I Want To Be A Baker: Baking Transformation: Removed allied Pantheon gaining the passive effect for 3-5 seconds and refunding the cost and cooldown upon casting it this way.

Now just notes that enemy Pantheon becomes a harmless baker instead of bread for the polymorph duration. Now notes that an allied Pantheon becomes a baker for the entire duration of the game! This entirely would only be a visual thing.

I'd probably remove the interaction with allied pantheon, or at least not grant full cooldown refund.

Also, I really like how this kit creates an unique playstyle, were you have to stand near your target to unleash your combo to full effect, then run straight into the fight.
