The 60 AD and 10% CDR that item 1400 gives right now are making the clears quite good unless you are doomed to deal dmg with auto-attacks only like Trundle Warwick . Hopefully these two benefit from completing it into item 3074 item 3748 . I agree with you that it would be nice to channel that 1200 gold into somethin more useful for the champions that don't really benefit from Cleave Passive later in the game, unless they become splitpushers but how many are these champions actually compared to all the others. So it turns out we are talking about a very narrow pool of champions that needs to go item 3077 almost everytime and suffer from completing it to item 3074 item 3748 . Those champions probably will be just those three from all Rengar MonkeyKing RekSai . Then I see no point of adding another Item with Cleave Passive, even if it was as little as old item 3124 version that had cleave effect when fully stacked. There is just no point adding an item to ease the life of 3 junglers while making the rest OP Shaco Khazix Rengar Camille Olaf and many many other AD autoattackers that have been fine all that time with an AoE ability.
