Torius, the Keeper of the runic totem
Passive Lucky Totem- every 30/25/20 seconds his next auto attack on a enemy champion or epic monster he gains 15 lucky totem stacks. Returning to your fountain you automatically trade your lucky totems with the shop keeper, the more totem you have the better under 100 totem you get 1 gold for 2 totems, over 100 totems you get 1 gold for 1 totem, over 300 totems you get 2 gold for 1 totem. Dying you lose 35 totems.
Q- runes of corruption- tosses a small corrupting spell that slows and deals dmg. The slow decreases as the rune charges, but the dmg increases as the rune charges. Rune charges for 2 seconds. Magic dmg- 20/35/50/65/80 magic dmg minimum charge, maximum charge 60/75/90/105/120 Magic dmg scaling is 50/55/60/65/70% AP scaling Slow duration 1.5/1.75/2.0/2.25/2.5 seconds Slow amount minimum charge 30/40/50/60/70%, slow maximum charge 15/20/25/30/35. Can carry up to 2 runes. Cooldown per recharge 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Mana per charge 50/60/70/80/90
W- totem of dark vision- place a totem down that does grants vision for 2 seconds seconds, and will then consume any enemy wards or traps placed there afterwards (the totem will not consume a ward or trapped placed before the totem was placed) Totem can not be seen by enemies, and can not be seen or destroyed with oracle's. Totem last for 30/40/50/60/70 seconds Totem range 300/325/350/375/400 Cooldown 26/24/22/20/18 Mana cost 75 at all ranks
E -Negative reaction spell- creates a circle (about the size of soraka Q) that you and allies take 15/20/25/30/35% reduced magic dmg and 10/15/20/25/30% reduced physical dmg for 1.5 seconds, 1 second after the circle disappears, allies that took dmg in the circle gain a shield for a % of the reduced dmg they took. Shield scales from reduced dmg 1 for 1. Shield last for 3 seconds. Cooldown 20/18/16/14/12 Mana cost 60/65/70/75/80
R- power of the Runic totem- Uses power he has learned from the Runic Totem to summon a large clone of the Runic Totem that taunts the single nearest enemy champion in range of the totem. The Totem has 3 autoattacks till it breaks, if the Totem gets broken it does aoe magic dmg. Cast range 350 Taunt range 380 Mana cost 100/105/110 Cooldown 130/110/90 seconds Taunt Duration 2/2.25/3 seconds Magic dmg 180/240/300 Magic dmg range 390 from totem center
Play style notes- Torius is not a high dmg mage, but he excels at controlling a certain area at a time by denying vision, or zoning with his Q. When fighting with Torius be sure to trade with the enemy as long as possible when Torius uses his Negative reaction spell, you take reduced dmg and gain a shield for the dmg you took afterwards. Throwing down one Q to slow the enemy then instantly throw a second Q but wait as long as possible to pop the second Q for the most dmg. Torius ult is most effective against fast autoattack champions doing aoe dmg to all champions in range, but still has a lot of utility, an example would be using the ult to taunt a soraka further back, then kill the enemy carry while soraka cant use her heals.
Lore Torius grew up in a very small village at the base of the ironspike mountain range, when he was just a young man he first found out about World Runes of the land when over hearing a conversation of a traveling mage by the name of Ryze. Not knowing the true power of the Ancient World runes Torius began traveling Runeterra in search of a rune he could obtain. Eventually he came across a what looked like used to be a city but was only a small town left. He asked one of the villagers what happened, they replied "that someone had tried to harness the power of an World rune to kill someone, but ended up destroying more than half the city in all but a few seconds" After Torius had heard of this he was only more determined to find the ancient destructive World Rune. Having seen what the power of the world rune could do he was all the more determined to keep world runes out of hands of those who would use the rune at all, but he wasn't quite sure how to keep a rune safe if he ever found one. When hiking up a mountain in the Ironspike mountain range he found a cave he decided to rest in for the night. Troius started a small fire but soon noticed the cave had a small tunnel leading deeper in the cave, he grabbed his torch and went deeper in the cave, feeling a powerful but safe presence emanating from deeper in cave. Eventually he finds a large chamber that glows from crystals and in the middle is a Runic totem, having the ability to nullify the power of any Ancient runes in its radius of power though he doesnt know it at the time. He continues his journey towards Shurima, he had heard of a mage who had unforeseen power, possibly a World Rune? Traveling the vast desert of Shurima dangerous and the land unforgiving, but he always manage to find food or water just before he was completely exhausted, perhaps the Runic Totem is watching over him. After weeks of wondering Shurima he finds Xerath mad with power, but when Torius approaches Xerath attempts to send a powerful spell at Torius, but the spell quickly lost its energy till it completely disappeared right in-front of Torius face. Realizing the Runic totem can weaken magic. Torius quickly beats Xerath to the ground and steals the world rune from Xerath. Starting to walk away Xerath asks Torius "what gives you the right to carry a world rune?" Without turning back Torius replies "the strength to not use it" and continues his journey in search of more world runes. Climbing another mountain in the ironspike mountains near Freljord he looks down on powerful warriors and mages fighting over the summoners rift. Torius whispers to himself "this is the Rift i shall conquer, to find the world runes for the safety of Runeterra"
