LORE Noxus, a land of constant combat and natural selection, is a harsh place for most to live. However, besides the fact that the old leaders of Noxus conquered the Immortal Bastion from Mordekaiser, the old leaders decided to conquer and surround their empire around the bastion due to their respect for the mighty being that lived within the nearby plains: Tavros Katakto. Believed to be the spawn of the modern day minotaur, Tavros Katakto is a ruthless, extremely powerful, god-like being that has resides in the plains near Noxus since the very creation of Runeterra. http://i.imgur.com/q6T8idG.jpg His brute strength has caused many warriors to be inspired to become as strong as they possibly can be themselves. The old leaders of Noxus, after banishing the mad barbarian Mordekaiser from the Immortal Bastion, made a pact with Tavros. Noxus would not harm the minotaur if Tavros did not harm Noxus and allowed Noxus soldiers to travel through the plains. Tavros could have ended Noxus right then and there, but was slightly impressed by their strength and commitment, so he granted them their request. The minotaur and Noxus would be at peace for many years and Tavros, after repeatedly being impressed by Noxus' pure strength and ability to wage war, even assisted the nation from time to time if he felt like having some fun. However, under the new leadership of Swain, Noxus has broken their old pact with the mighty Tavros. Recent raids on minotaur camps and dwellings have enraged Tavros to no end. His anger, unable to be contained, caused him to go to war with Noxus. However, Swain knew what he was doing and, using incredibly powerful magic of the foulest kind, lured Tavros into a trap. Right before Tavros could step foot next to the Immortal Bastion, the ground underneath him collapsed and he fell into the earth. The Noxus army acted quickly and used magic created by the Black Rose to mind control Tavros to be their own weapon of war. Noxus' enemies, now facing a primordial being with the strength of far more than a hundred thousand men, have all but surrendered to their might. All except Demacia of course, who continues to fight for the just. Tavros thinks they won't be fighting for the just for very long. Tavros thinks that once his axe sinks into the head of Demacia's petty king, they'll act like mice and scurry to the edges of the world. However, even there they are not safe from the might of Tavros.

Passive- Being of Might Innate: Whenever Tavros deals physical damage, he heals himself for 10/15/20/25/30% (+5% per 100 AD) of the damage dealt over 10 seconds. Tavros gains 5 Rage every basic attack and begins to lose 2 Rage per second when he has not dealt or taken damage within the last 12 seconds. Levels: 1/5/9/13/17

Ability 1- God's Strike Active: Tavros slams his axe down onto the target enemy, dealing 60/120/180/240/300 (+105/110/115/120/125% AD) physical damage and causing the target to take 1/2/3/4/5% increased damage for 4.5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times. Cost: 20 Rage Cool Down: 4/3.75/3.5/3.25/3 seconds Range: 275

Ability 2- Bull Charge Active: Tavros charges in the target direction, dealing 20/60/100/140/180 (+80/90/100/110/120% AD) physical damage and knocking aside enemies hit. Tavros then takes 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% reduced damage for 4 seconds. Cost: 30 Rage Cool Down: 14/13.5/13/12.5/12 seconds Range: 550

Ability 3- Horns of War Passive: Whenever an enemy unit dies near Tavros, the cool down of Horns of War is reduced by 3/3.25/3.5/3.75/4 seconds. When an enemy champion dies near Tavros, the cool down is reset and he gains 30 Rage. Active: Tavros blows the horn of war, bringing forth two Minotaur Warriors to his side that will attack nearby enemy units, prioritizing enemy champions, and follow Tavros to their graves. STATS Health- 375/425/475/525/575 (+12% bonus health) Armor- 15/30/45/60/75 Magic Resist- 20/40/60/80/100 Movement Speed- 115% Total Movement Speed Attack Damage- (25% AD) Attack Speed- 0.75 Attack Range- 225 (Melee) Whenever a Minotaur Warrior basic attacks an enemy champion, the cool down of Bull Charge is reduced by 2 seconds (reduced by cool down reduction) and Tavros gains 1 Rage. Tavros can have a maximum of 2/2/4/4/6 (+1 per 100 AD) Minotaur Warriors active at once, but Minotaur Warriors last until killed. Minotaur Warriors reward their killer with 15 gold. Cost: 30 Rage Cool Down: 50/45/40/35/30 seconds Passive Range: 900

Ultimate- War Cry of the Minotaur Passive: Tavros gains bonus attack damage equal to 1.5/2.25/3% of his maximum health. Tavros also now gains 1/2/3 Rage per second while in combat. Active: Tavros and all of his Minotaur Warriors release a war cry that puts fear in the hearts of their enemies, causing them to flee for 1.5/1.75/2 seconds and then reducing the damage they deal by 10/12.5/15% (+1% per 100 AD) for 4.5 seconds after the flee wears off. Cost: 25 Rage Cool Down: 50/40/30 seconds Range (from Tavros and each Minotaur): 325
