Hello! In a previous champion (Freya, the Arcane Eternal) I mentioned that I would be attempting to create Jinx's sister!! Jinx's famous quote, "You think I'm crazy?! You should see my sister." Inspired this idea. Since, almost every other champion's siblings are in the game, why not introduce Jinx's? I mean, there are Garen and Lux , Draven and Darius , Cassiopeia and Katarina ... now for Jinx's crazy family!

I introduce: Mal, the Renegade.

Mal, unlike her crazed sister, is more of a magical champion instead of a "loose cannon". Here are her basics:

Home: Zaun

Alignment: Umm...downright insane. Similar to Jinx's alignment.

Allies: Jinx

Friends: Jinx, Ekko

Rivals: Jayce, Ezreal, Caitlyn, Vi


Powers

Passive:

As Mal continues to attack the same target, she will gradually become bored. If and when Mal starts attack a new target, she gains a boost of 50 AP that gradually fades away over time.


Q: Acidic Trails

Range: 1000

Mana: 65/75/85/95/105

Mal throws forth a toxic cloud. This cloud deals damage to people it hits and leaves behind a trail of acid. This trail deals damage over time to people who stand on it. The trail lasts 2.5 seconds.

Enemies who remain on her trail for too long become paralyzed (stunned) for 1 second. Too long means more than 50% of the trail duration. So, 1.25 seconds.

Damage: 65/105/145/185/225 (+ 0 AD and 70% AP) + 25-35 (+0 + 20% AP)

Damage 1 - Damage from getting hit.

Damage 2 - Poison trail damage.

Cool down: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds


W: Disabling Toxins

Range: 975 (placing and AoE effect)

Mana: 80 (all levels)

Disabling toxins is an ability that prepares an enemy for a cc effect while dealing damage. On hit it deals 70/105/140/175/210 magical damage to enemies hit. On Mal's next ability the enemy is silenced. The mark lasts 1.5 seconds, as does the silence.

Cool down: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds


E: Poisonous Intentions

Range: 975 (skill shot ability)

Mana: 60/80/100/120/140

Mal begins filling an enemy with an explosive poison. Enemies under this spell that die deal magic damage to all enemies around them. Someone is marked for 3 seconds.

Damage: 90/130/170/210/250 (+0 AD and 55% AP) magical damage.

Cool down: 10/9/8/7/6


R: Death Cloud

Range: 975 (placing), (size of a full-grown Anivia ult)

Cost: 100

Death Cloud is an AoE effect ability with various damage outputs. The closer to the center the more toxic the cloud is, while further is out is "safer". The outer layer deals 25% less damage. The inner layer deals 25/30/35 damage per .5 seconds while the ability is active. The ability lasts 3/3.5/4 seconds.

Cool down: 100/90/80


Stats:

Health: 530 (+80 per level)

Health Regen: 5.7 (+0.6 per level)

Attack Damage: 56 (+3 per level)

Attack Speed: 0.667 (+1.6% per level)

Movement Speed: 330

Armor: 26 (+3.2 per level)

Magic Resist: 30

Whenever I hear Jinx say "You think I'm crazy?! You should see my sister." I always think that her sister is super nice and serious, because through the eyes of a madwoman a completly sane person would appear crazy.

Enough headcanon more feedback...

Lore: Don't they have Janna dealing with the Fumes in Zaun, it also seems like a weird effect of the fumes to have? Does downplay Jinx too much in my opinion as she now is just a person turned by the fumes.

Passive: I think you forgot to mention the amount of stacks generated by her abilities and the bonus. 5% health for 10 stacks seems a bit low. Thematically it doesn't feel very fitting as it's another reach X stacks for bonus effect, without any real differentiation from others so far.

Q: I would replace "stuns" as its confusing on a slow ability (Paralyzes Shocks etc.). I like that Jinx has a similiar ability in W, but I think it could be even more different.

W: The name doesn't seem that fitting and it's weird for an explosion to only deal dot damage, but other than that an interesting ability. Combined with E it lacks counterplay though.

E: Sry, but it feels too much like a better Xerath E

Forever ? Hard to judge without duration, but compared to W somewhat bland.

Overall: I feel like Mal doesn't feel very connected to her sister, whereas other sibling pairs highlight their siblings differences (Draven the showoff and Darius the pragmatist) or their similiarities (Garen and Lux the straightforward soldiers).

Apart from QE into WR there is little synergy and there doesn't seem to be a niche for Mal as her gameplay is fairly basic. I think you could highlight her crazyness with weird abilities or effects that encourage destruction or her link to the fumes with a kit based around poisoning the enemies with the toxic smog.
