My second idea for a Varus Rework

Varus has access to 2 unique items in shop, one of which he must choose. When one is chosen the other will no longer be available for the remaining game.
Darkin Bow

The bow grants a bonus to Blight Siphoning, when enemies with Blight are siphoned Varus gains extra range for the same duration as the movement speed buff he gains from Blight Siphoning.
Mortal Essence Bow

If Mortal Essence Bow get's picked Darkin escapes from the Darkin Bow and destroys the bow that he was trapped in and uses it's pieces to shape a different kind of bow that get's placed in the inventory. He creates a Mortal Essense Bow that he uses to trap Varus in.
The bow grants a bonus to Blight Siphoning, when enemies with Blight are siphoned Darkin gains bonus attack speed for the same duration as the movement speed buff he gains from Blight Siphoning.
Q: Piercing Arrow
Cost: 50 / 60 / 75 / 90 / 125 mana Cooldown: 15 / 13.5 / 12 / 10.5 / 9
Active: Varus or Darkin Fires an arrow at a high range that can pass through units. Varus or Darkin** channels for up to 4 seconds, increasing Piercing Arrow's range and damage over the next 2 seconds, Varus can still move while channeling but is slowed by 20%.
Blight Effect: If an enemy dies to this ability who had stacks of Blight the mana cost is refunded.
Physical Damage: 75 / 150 / 225 / 250 / 275 [60% AD]
Varus - If Varus casts this ability he gains extra range. Range: 1775
Darkin - If Darkin casts this ability the speed of the arrow is faster. Speed of Arrow: 2000.
W: Chain of Blight
Passive: Basic attacks afflict Blight that deals magic damage on-hit for 6 seconds that stacks up to 3 times. Abilities can detonate Blight stacks that have different effects.
Magic Damage: 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 [20% AP]
When a target is attacked who already has 3 stacks of Blight the other enemies around the target within 500 range gain a stack of 1 Blight.
Continuously attacking a target with 3 stacks of Blight will proceed to afflict 1 stack of Blight to other nearby enemies, the passive damage does not apply to other enemies but only to the one being attacked.
E: Blight Siphoning
Cost: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 mana Cooldown: 13 / 11.5 / 11 / 10 / 9 Range: 925
Activate: Varus siphons the Blight into the Darkin Bow or Darkin siphons the Blight into himself that was afflicted upon the enemies that steals movement speed from all enemies that were afflicted by the Blight that deals mixed damage.
Depending how many stacks of Blight enemies have afflicted on them depends how much this ability slows them and how much movement speed is gained.

At max rank of this ability:
1 stack of Blight: steals 15 movement speed. 2 stacks of Blight: steals 30 movement speed. 3 stacks of Blight: steals 45 movement speed.
R: A Sense of Agony
Cost: 150 mana Cooldown: 180
Active: Varus fires a tandril of curruption from the Darkin Bow or Darkin throws a tandril of curruption from his body in a direction.
If the target has 3 stacks of Blight and is hit, the enemy takes 20% of maximum health as mixed damage, if any other nearby enemies with 3 stacks of Blight are within 600 range they take the same damage.
If a target with no Blight stacks get's hit the target becomes rooted for 2 seconds and 3 stacks of Blight get's applied, in addition the tendril of corruption seeks out nearby enemy champions and forms a tether to them. If the tether isn't broken within 2 seconds, they are rooted as well. Tendrils will continue to spread until there are no champions in range that have not already been affected.
