Champion Concept) Caron, the Blooming Assassin
Playstyle:
Caron is a ranged AD assassin who does lots of damage while having many ways of avoiding enemies/damage. Obviously, she is very squishy to compensate for having this.

Visual:
Caron is a pale human assassin with blades (that she throws in her auto attacks) and a light purple ponytail (probably closer to white than purple.)

Passive: Brutal Petals
Carons basic attacks each deal 8 (+2/level) bonus true damage to the target and 300% of this to enemies in a small area behind the target. If the enemy dies to this basic attack, the damage to enemies behind them is increased to 600%.
Q: Attack and Retrieve
Caron throws a blade in a line, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+50% bonus AD) physical damage to the first enemy it hits and marking them for 2.5 seconds. While moving towards the marked target, she gains 15% movement speed. If she comes within a close range of the marked target, she will retrieve the blade, slashing them to deal another 20/30/40/50/70 (+30% bonus AD) physical damage plus 5% of their max health as physical damge.

Toggle Off: No effects.
Toggle On: Caron ignores terrain and can freely walk through it for up to 4 seconds at the cost of a % of her current health per second (minimum cost of 1% of her max health per second, cannot be casted while under 15% health.) If she is still in terrain at the end of this duration, she will be immediately taken to the closest non-terrain area. Caron is untargetable while in Terrain.
E: Trap of Death
Caron immediately traps enemies in an area with a spiritual net, rooting and silencing them for 0.8/0.9/1/1.1/1.2 seconds.
R: Grand Assassination
Caron goes untargetable briefly and then appears behind her target, dealing 75/125/175 (+50% total AD) damage to them. She then goes untargetable again and deals the same damage in a small area around (and to) the target, appearing a short distance in front of them afterwards.
