Riot how about employing more skin creators

The community is hungry for skins, especially the people dedicated to champions that didn't get a skin for a long time. Currently there are like 4 new skins each month in average, that is not nearly enough. I get it, it is hard work to create a skin and the splasharts too. It already takes much time deciding on a theme, but wouldn't it be more profitable to have more people work on them? More outcoming skins = more money. Not necessarily exponentially, but it should bring in more money.

Think about a new skin for a champ each year, should work out imo. But I'm no businessman, so I'd appreciate if someone could explain if it'd be worth to exomploy more skin creators?

More employees doesn't always relate to more content (the team could start getting too big to function smoothly), and it's possible that all having more skins does is actually increase cost more than spending (as players who currently buy skins they like for champions that aren't their favorites may just save for their favorite, which means customer purchases may not rise as fast as extra employee salary and development costs do).

If someone dearly wants a certain skin, they could animate and code it all together. Buff and shine so it's 100% complete and submit to Riot. It's a long shot, but if they like it, they might go so far as to put in the game. I know that other video game companies have done stuff like that such as Mojang and the Slime Block.
