60 Ability power 5% movement speed 200 health 20 magic resistance 10% cool down reduction

Unique passive:** Blood and Destruction**: grants 20 health for every 40 Ability power.

Unique passive : Blood Offerings: killing minions 10 grants 1 offering and 3 gold. Offerings grant 10 stacks each granting a shield worth 2% max health, if this shield is broken it instantly grants 100 gold but also deducts the shield's total health from your current health.

Unique passive: Demons Due: when below 50% health grants 30% omnivamp, 10% health regeneration and 20 bonus armor for 4 seconds. 60 second cooldown.

But it is a neat concept. Contrary to what Gil says, I could still see this item being pretty ridiculous on supports like Sona or Nami who provide a lot of poke while still filling the role of an enchanter support...and don't even get me STARTED on Brand. >.>

Ahh I think you misunderstood me.

I meant enchanters shouldn't be able to have that much power themselves (their items focus on inreased shield/heal, and the build path of this benefits them too much).

Now it's alright, though.

League of Murder has been sort of rough on those supports. Though it doesn't really stop my Nami. xD

we do need some items that can be built off item 3028 . The base cost is too high though. Even if you don't give it a combining cost, it will be 3300. It is fine since the item does provides a lot of stats and two very good passives, but its build path is... weak. Most laners do not benefit from or item 3114 . They are almost like enchanter support items, and it wouldn't really make sense for those supports to go offensive builds.
