Mada, the Murderous Saint

Mada [mah - dah] is a magical sea creature from Vastaya, being a chimera that is mostly seal with long bat-like ears, still retaining a humanoid-esq form with a smallness of only 83 cm tall (less than 3 feet).

Mada is a marksman-support / support-marksman; either played as the support or as the duo-lane farmer.


Basic Attack Range: 575 units Attack Speed: 0.677 +2% per level Movement: 335 units per second


Blood for Blood (Passive): Whenever Mada basic attacks an enemy champion or epic monster she gains a Blood Drop which allows her to basic attack an ally champion within 3 seconds to heal it for (+25%AD)(+50%AP) health, this heal can critically strike.

Mada can store up to 3 Blood Drops at a time.

Mada gains 30% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds by making contact with an aquatic object or by consuming a Blood Drop.

Phantom of the Lake (Q): Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 60 Mana; Range: 1150 units Mada fires an aquatic arrow in the target direction dealing 20/30/40/50/60(+100%AD)(+50%AP) magic damage to struck enemies and slowing them down by 20% increasing by +20% per enemy it strikes up to a maximum of 99% slow for 2 seconds.

Aquatic Body (W): Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 seconds; Cost: 75 Mana; Range: 1200 / 350 units Mada transforms herself to become water to instantly teleport to the closest allied champion or aquatic object, prioritizing aquatic objects. Upon arrival she knocks-up nearby enemies for 1.25 seconds.

Bubble Bomb (E): Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds; Cost: 75 Mana; Range: 1000/300 / 600 units Mada throws an aquatic bomb to the target location to explode on impact dealing 30/45/60/75/90(+120%AD)(+60%AP) magic damage on impact and knocking-back struck enemies.

If Bubble Bomb was self-cast then the explosion and knock-back is greatly increased.

Bloodthirsty Waters (R): Cooldown: 100/85/70 seconds; Cost: 100 Mana Passive: Consuming a Blood Drop grants yourself 33/55/77% bonus attack speed for 4 seconds.

Active: Mada's attacks deal 8/10/12%(+2% per 100AP) of the target's maximum health as bonus magic damage (max 150 against monsters) and healing herself for the bonus damage dealt for the next 7 seconds.

If Mada consumes a Blood Drop then the bonus damage is reduced by 25% and deals true damage and healing for twice the damage dealt for the next 3 seconds.

That passive is badass. I can imagine this character being a sort of necromancer/healer (originally the two were considered to go hand in hand in medieval europe) That takes away health from her opponents to give to her allies. The picture of Maiden Astrea from Demon's Souls come to mind. I think the rest of her kit should be scraped and replaced with a support kit that focuses on necromancy/ corrupted sainthood themed skills.

That passive really stood out to me.

Give her a cooldown on the passive (like braum's) so that she doesn't abuse that heal to the point that she becomes a walking health pot.
