It would be really cool if there was a champion that could decently ADC, support, mid, jg, and top. I don't know how it could be done, but there's always a way. There are champions who can play 4 of the 5 roles, but ADC is where they fail.
Edit: And they gotta be able to be bruiser or tank as well.

can carry from any (and every) role. Draven top holds the lane in glorious fashion. Draven mid is always the center of attention. Draven Jungle goes where his fans want him. Draven Support always makes sure Draven ADC goes full Draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaven.

If he takes Runic Shield he can proc the execute with his Q at range because it is considered a melee Auto Attack. This lets him farm/heal his AD at a pretty good range because he can Q from range and then the "heal" range starts at his location. So you can sort of chain it to get some long distance.
Plus he gets even more gold from farming thanks to his Q.
He gives an AoE Buff for trading.
He heals/cleanses himself for easy escapes.
And his ult provides global pressure.

Urgot ADC/Mid/Top are obvious. Support Urgot contributes poke, a slow, armor shred, and damage reduction. Not the worst support. Jungle Urgot is actually doable, but probably takes some Urgot expertise.

My friend and I always do support Teemo cause blind the ADC and win trades, adc teemo cause I did that and it worked amazingly and I even did jungle teemo, with my blind causing the monsters to miss and you can shroom your buff so that you always have them warded.

Red Card to zone an enemy out of reach or surprise them by not even coming near them as your jungler comes out of nowhere and they can't run because they couldn't anticipate it (you would expect Gold Card for a gank -- mind games). His problem is that he's very squishy, but that doesn't set him as a terrible support, he's actually quite decent. I would however say it is his weakest role and the utility provided by other supports outweigh his. To even consider him as support means you need to have a tank or 2 on your team.

Grabs are powerful, it's part of the design and can always have a high chance for a kill. Twisted Fate does high damage, he has the high possibility to get off a W-Q after a grab and can allow the ADC to net a kill as a one for one or even a 1 for 2 if it was a Red Card on weakened foes. Grabs aren't enough to say don't pick a squishy support. (But like, never pick squishies into Draven. Not about that life.)

Any champion not meant for a role will obviously be sub-par at it when matched against high end teams with sensible team compositions. Teemo however, actually does a decent job in any role, including ADC. I don't know how you haven't seen it yet.
Just a note though, Wits End is like the way to go to win lane against Rumble as Teeto.

ModThe Djinn1 votesA tank/bruiser who can also be a Marksman is going to be problematic: I don't think a Marksman should be allowed to have the inherent durability + crowd control that a tank requires.
The main issue with building something like this is that the only thing we have to rely on is itemization, and that has to be able to make the entire difference. I suppose you could fake a Marksman with a passive like "gain bonus Attack Speed based on your Attack Damage" and get their damage to marksman levels that way, but you'd have to similarly scale their CC with their total resists or their total health to avoid having a Marksman with too much crowd control.
I think it COULD be done, but the resulting champion would be very complicated, and, as such, I'd question if it's worth the effort.
