Indra is a marksman who makes use of his magical powers and Long Spear to damage his enemies. He is made with DPS in mind and is weak to poke and CC like all other ADCs

Base Attack DMG: 67 Base HP: 550 Base Armor: 22 Base MR: 28 Base AP: 0 Resource: Mana Basic Attack Range: 575 Base Attack Speed: .665 Base Movement Speed: 335

Main DMG Items: Trinity Force, Phantom Dancer, Infinity Edge

Passive: Pressure Anomaly When under 45% of his health, Indra gains 25 bonus movement speed and 10 armor penetration. His body however will work to health him quickly, and this passive will quickly deplete his mana. Indra looses 4 mana every 2 seconds this passive is active.

Q: Vacuum Thrust Cooldown - 11/9/7/5/3 Mana cost - 65 mana/55/45/40/40 Indra thrusts his spear into his opponent for damage for a set amount plus 25% of his current AD. This attack applies a stack that lasts for 7 seconds per stack. Each sucessful hit of Vacuum Thrust will stack up to 4 times. On the 4th stack, Indra's spear will deal extra magic damage that will ignore 35% of the targets MR.

W: Combat Step - Cooldown - 15/13/10/9/9 No mana cost Indra uses his anomaly powers to quickly dash in a fixed direction and slightly increase the damage of his auto attacks for 5 seconds.

E: Diffusion - Cooldown - 10 through all levels. Passive: Over time, Indra's body will adapt to his enemies, allowing him to stack extra magic damage onto his attacks. However, Indra is not in full control of this ability, and the extra magic damage will apply at random. This passive scales with his attack speed, so the more attack speed Indra has, the more magic damage will be applied. At max rank, Indra can control this ability at the E will flash when it's ready to be used.

Active: Wave Motion: At max rank, Indra's diffusion will allow him to activate wave motion. By holding E then pressing Q with max stacks, Indra will fire his spear in a fixed direction. The spear can go through targets and will lose damage as it goes through targets. The spear will slow all targets it goes through by 35% percent. If Indra is below 35% health, the first target hit is stunned for 1.5 seconds.

R: Blade Dimension - Cooldown - 95/85/70 Mana Cost - 110/90/85 Indra empowers his spear for a final attack, and leaps in the air. Will in the air, he is untargetable for 1 second. His unleashes a barrage of magical spears over a large area for heavy, continuous AD damage. If Indra has max stacks on his Q, this ultimate will also deal magic damage that that scales with his attack speed. MR, however is not ignored, and all stacks are used. If Indra uses this skill while his passive is active, he will be healed for a fixed amount, ending the passive's activation. This attack will ignore shields (not true damage, just does damage directly on the enemies health and ignores their shield).
